We are no longer the same
We used to be in the same frame
Now you have switched picture
I want the past but think of the future
I often relive those happy moments
Where we would stick like magnets
Though sometimes we repel
We found ways to make things well
Though I see you everyday
You seem so far away
Our friendship has faded
I feel like we are out dated
I would love to make that change
But I feel like we are out of range
I remember them roastings
That hurt less than bee stings
Times where we "kneeded" each other
Others said Ya are like sister and brother
Sadly those days are becoming night
When I can't sleep I use a nightlight
So I dont forget those memories"What is this craziness''
Is probably what you're thinking
While going over and reading
I bet you have set your mind to drop
All conversation with me and stop
To stop and speak your last
Thats no surprise, you did it in the pastWhen times get tough
You become too rough
You harden your heart
To the point where I can't break through.
