I started waking up when I felt the bed dip beside me. It's been a while since I had a descent nights sleep so I wasn't ready to wake up yet. My hands ruffled around in search of a pillow to cover my face for what I knew was going to happen. 'Lizzie, go away!' My voice still sounding sleepy. No response. Confused I opened my eyes and the blurry image of Lizzie's big too bright for the morning smile came into focus. She was so close our noses were almost touching. 'Tell. me. everything!'

'Okay!' I smiled. 'But first, back off you're so close you're gonna give me a headache with those fluorescent teeth of yours.'

'Fine!' Lizzie huffed before sitting back cross legged with a bright smile still plastered on her face.

'Did you guys kiss?'

'What no!' I shot upright. 'She carried me back to bed tho.' I said with a smirk and blushing cheeks. 'Yeah, yeah, I know. I was still awake.'

'You what!?' My mouth shot open. 'Lizzie!'

'What?! You really believe you guys were being quiet?'

I fell back on my bed with my hands covering my face. 'I can't believe you sometimes.' I laughed.

'You looked absolutely adorable together tho.' Lizzie winked. I was smiling ear to ear but it quickly faded.

'I don't even know if she's still with Landon or whatever.'

'Then asks her. You don't have to be a genius to see that you two like each other. I mean, Hope's superhero name might as well be Captain obvious!' Lizzie chuckled as did I. She always knew how to make me feel better.

'But stop changing the subject and tell me how did it go.' Lizzie asked kindly.

I couldn't help but smile again thinking back to the the night before as I told Lizzie everything.

Morning classes couldn't go by fast enough since I was looking forward to seeing Hope during lunch. Lizzie convinced me to dress up, man up and ask Hope if she wanted to hang out later. Since me and Hope are on talking terms again Lizzie figured we finally could have a movie night. Which didn't mean the three of us but in fast, the entire Salvatore School.

As soon as the lunch bell rang I got kind of nervous, I knew Hope wasn't mad at me anymore. And after last night I knew there could be more between us than being just friends, but I had to make sure I'm not imagining things. I looked down as I walked through the halls towards the cafeteria. I decided to step it up a notch this morning, wearing my black heeled boots, black leather skirt that stopped mid thigh and a bright red T-shirt. As people did a double take on me I figured I looked hot enough. Lizzie would be proud .. I thought, making me laugh internally.

As I stepped into the lunchroom I saw hope and Lizzie already sitting at their usual table. I spotted the extra tray Lizzie filled with food just for me and I was grateful I didn't have to get in line. As I got closer I saw Hope was a little distracted she looked sad staring out the window.

'Damn Josette!' Lizzie wolf whistled. Hope's head snapped my way so fast I'd thought it would roll off. Her eyes looking me up and down as I walked the last couple of feet to take a seat at the table. 'Hi.' I smiled. Hope's eyes met mine and her mouth breathed out a silent 'wow'.

'Okay girls, that's my cue.' Lizzie said as she got up and walked away. Half way through the door she swung around and gave me the proudest look ever. I couldn't hold back a smile.

'Hope, is something wrong?' I asked when Hope's eyes were looking everywhere but at me.

Her eyes hesitantly looked up and into mine. I don't think I've ever seen Hope Mikaelson blush before. 'Something I did?'

'God no! I'm sorry but I'm afraid that if I keep looking at you I'm gonna have a heart attack.. or worse. Wolf out!'

My confidence shot through the roof at her words. I dared to reach across the table and run my fingertips over the top of her hand. Her eyes still locked with mine as she licked her lips. 'I tell you this, how about you come with me to movie night and I'll promise I'll wear something completely non sexual?' I smirked as Hope's eyes narrowed at me.

Hope gathered herself rather quickly. Eyes yellow, she moved her hand from under mine letting it fall gently to the table. I didn't dare move as her eyes still held mine.

She got up, walked around the table stopping behind me. Hope lowered herself, her breath hot on my neck. 'Come with me.' As my entire body heated up I turned in my seat as she took my hand to lead me out of the room.

We walked silently through the hallway, round the corner and as soon as there weren't any students near Hope spun me around and my back hit against the wall.

'Hope'. I breathed out, my heart beating a hundred miles an hour.

'Josie.'

Hopes body pressed to mine was the only thing keeping me upright. I sure as hell didn't trust my legs anymore. Her lips so close to mine, if I leaned in I knew the world around us would fade away. But I couldn't, it had to be her.

'You're all I want Jo-Jo.'

Hopes teeth grazed my neck and I let out a quiet moan as her fingertips softly scratched just under my belly button where my shirt rode up.

Just as I couldn't take it anymore Hope took a small step back, her soft hands still supporting me by my waist. She smiled softly after letting out a deep breath, her eyes back to normal.

'I want to do this right, but you're making it really hard for me. I just can't control myself around you, I get possessive and all I want is to make you mine.' She said running her hand through my hair.

'I still have to sort things out with Landon, and then if you want I'd like to take you out on a real date.' Hopes eyes were shining, her head tilted to the side.

My heart filled with so much butterflies I stepped closer to Hope and hugged her tight. 'How can I say no when you look at me like that?' Hope buried her head in my neck and I could feel her smile. 'I'd love that.' I whispered. She snuck in a quick kiss on my cheek which made me blush like crazy again.

'How do you do it?' Hope asked as I looked at her with questioning eyes.

'How do you go from confident femme fatal..' she eyed me up and down again, lingering just a little longer on my legs. 'To the cutest, shyest, sweetest girl I've ever seen?'

'I'll tell you on our first date.' I said making Hope laugh when I bumped our shoulders as we walked back to class.

'So will you still come to movie night with me?' I asked her before parting ways.

'Anything for you. But will you please stop teasing me?' Hope said grabbing my wrist as I was walking away smiling brightly, spinning me back around.

I gave her a sly smile.

'Never.'
