-six months pass-
(Without Regina)

~Emma's POV~

"Alright girls. It's time to wake." I walk into my girls' room.

"Dada!" They cheer from their cribs. I set an alarm to wake them up this early.

"Jaimie, Jessie, and Jackie are you guys ready to get ready?!" I do this every morning with them. We're morning people.

"Yeah!" They all shout.

"Alright lets get ready." I take the three of them out their cribs. "Let's stretch." We stand in a circle and stretch. "Strrettcchh!" I say as we stretch. "Okay the other way." Once we're done I take the girls downstairs. I put them in their highchairs.

Today is the last day of us staying here; we're moving to California. I've informed Regina that we're moving and given her our new address. She hasn't responded... but that's okay. She's living and doing her.

"Okay girls. Remember when daddy said that we were moving?" They stare at me blankly. "Well that's today. You can tell because the sun is not out and it's two in the morning." I point to the window. "Look after we eat and get dressed, we're leaving." I start making their breakfast. It's going to be oatmeal this morning.

"Oh oh mi!" Jessie says trying to pronounce oatmeal.

I smile and say, "yes, Jessie we're having oatmeal today."

"Yeah." She kicks her feet and smiles.

"You guys are so cute." I boop their noses making them giggle.

-three hours later-

"Now boarding passengers with children for flight 3273/1944 to LAX." The speaker blares over the speakers of the terminal.

"Come on, girls that's us." I stand and wait for them. I put on my backpack. I help them put on their mini backpacks. "Don't forget your toy Jaimie." The three of them follow me to the line.

"Aw." Someone coos. "Your daughters are so pretty."

"Thank you," I say.

"Next." I turn to see the woman who just spoke. "Tickets."

"Here you go." I hand her four tickets. She scans and hands them back to me. "Thank you."

"Dada," Jackie pulls on my pants looking scared.

"It's okay babygirl. I got you." I pick her up and take Jessie and Jaimie's hands. We walk down the pathway and reach the plane door. The flight assistants greet us as we board. I find our seats and help my girls get seated. I put Jessie at the window seat. Next, is Jaimie. I help the two of them take off their backpacks and put them on their laps. I still have Jackie in my arms. I put her down on the fourth seat because I'm sitting in the third. I take off my backpack and sit down. I put the bag between my legs and turn to Jackie.

"Jackie you have to sit down."

"Nooo, dada." She whines and fights with me. She crawls on to my lap.

"Miss can you please have her sit in her seat until takeoff?" A flight attendant asks.

"Yeah, I'm trying." I roll my eyes. Jackie starts crying because she doesn't want to sit in her seat. "Jackie can you sit for dada, just for a little bit?" I ask calmly. She sniffles and lays her head on my chest. "Okay? It's gonna but okay. Daddy just has to do one thing and then you can come back on my lap." Once calms, I put her in her seat. I lift the armrest so she can lean against me.

"Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. Please take your seats and buckle up. On the screens in front of your there will be a short video on airplane safety and what to do in case of an emergency."

"You guys hear that? Look at the screens girls." I tap their screens. I buckle my seatbelt. Jackie starts crying again. I know she's scared. Jessie and Jaimie are holding hands and giggling with each other.

"Dada." Jackie cries. I dig into my bag and pull out a beanie.

"Jackie this is dada's favorite beanie. You can wear it for the flight and when ever you're scared." Regina gave me this beanie. I wipe her nose with a tissue and slide the beanie over her head. I kiss her cheek. "You're gonna be okay, babygirl girl."

"Dada," Jaimie calls me. I look at her and she rubs her eyes to show me she's tired.

"Are you sleepy baby?" She nods. I pick up her backpack and unhook her neck pillow. I place it around her neck. "Lay on your pillow and when you're sleepy you can fall asleep." She nods. She doesn't completely understand me but she gets the gist of it. "Jessie," I call my daughter sitting in the window seat. She looks at me. "Are you okay?" She nods and turns back to the window.

"Ladies and gentlemen we are about take off. Please remain seated and with seatbelts on until the red seatbelt light is turned off." The captain says over the intercom.

Jackie pulls the beanie over her face. I take her hand to hold. She peeks an eye out the hat to see that is me.

-thirty minutes later-

"Dada." Jessie gives me an I'm hungry cry.

"Jackie sit in your seat for a moment. Dada has to make your bottles." I dig in my bag and pull out three bottles filled with water and the formula. I take off both caps of each bottle and open the formula. I move quick and make their bottles because they're getting hungry and whinny. I shake their bottles to mix the formula. I give them each a bottle and they immediately put them in their mouths. I put the caps back in my bag and put up the tray. Jackie comes back onto my lap.

"Slow down girls, I'm not gonna take them from you." I chuckle. So far, the flight has been good. Hopefully the girls make it through the rest of the flight and take a nap.
