~Emma's POV~

"Neal!" I laugh. He just jumped off the top of the monkey bars. He failed miserably. He's okay though. "Neal you already have a broken arm once. And it's winter. Why on earth did you think that was a good idea?"

"I don't know," he laughs. "Doing dumb things is my thing," he shrugs.

"Well you're moving to Cali with me and dumb things won't cut it." I push him into the snow.

"Emma!" He groans and rolls around. He stands up and I push him down again.

"Hey! Stop that youth!" An old man comes out of his house. Why is his old ass even outside? "Are you okay young man?" He helps Neal up.

"Yeah." He dust the snow off his coat. "Thanks."

"Bullying is not okay!" The man shakes his finger at me.

"I wasn't bullying him. He's my little brother."

"Is she telling the truth young man?"

"Sir..." Neal smirks. "Sir I have no ideas this person is. I was just walking and she pushed me!"

"Telling lies I see," he says with his hands on his hips.

"Neal!"

"That's not even my name sir, it Jason."

"Neal I'm not taking you to Cali."

"Wait don't! Sorry sir that's my annoying big sister. My name is Neal not Jason."

"Come lets go home. Stop lying. Neal grab the bag!" I push him in to the snow bank again. I cross the street leaving the two of them behind. I go into the house and leave the door open for my brother.

"Hey mom," I sit down on the couch. "How are the girls?"

"Sleeping still."

"Okay good. You got all of Neal's paperwork. Passport, birth certificate, etc."

"Yes. Let me get them for you."

"Our flight leaves at 11:47pm."

"Yeah. Here you go." I get up and put the papers in my suitcase. "Emma are you gonna go get the girls paperwork?"

"No mom."

"Why not?"

"I don't want to see her mom. I'm hurting. Can you get them? I can't bring myself to see her."

"Emm-"

"Mom she's engaged to someone. I'm not going over there."

"Well neither am I?"
