~Regina's POV~

"Mummy no." Jackie stands in the corner. "I don't wanna go."

"Jackie come on. You need to get dressed."

"Mummy I don't wanna go. Please I wanna stay home." She starts to cry. "Mamá I wanna stay home."

"Jackie you have to go."

"I'm by myself at school. I wanna stay home."

"Jackie come here. Look you're at a different level from your other classmates. You're at higher bebé."

"It's just the teacher and the weird kid. He eats his boogies, mummy. I don't wanna go."

"Jackie please. You need to get ready for school." She walks over to me. I help her out of her pjs and into her uniform.

"I want my shorts."

"Your shorts are dirty."

"I want my shorts mummy!" She starts getting frustrated, which stresses me out. She pushes me and runs out the room. I almost hit my head on her table.

"Gina what are you doing? Get up." Emma says to me.

"Jackie pushed me. Go get Jessie's shorts put them on Jackie please."

"Yea." She helps me to my feet. "You okay?"

"Yeah I'm fine. Thanks."

"Is she upset?"

"Yes. She doesn't want to go to school. She's lonely in that class and she said that there's a weird kid who eats his boogies. Do you think made the right decision in putting her in that class?"

"Yeah. She sees her sisters at recess."

"She's lonely papi."

"Regina-" I put my hand up because Jackie is standing in the doorway.

"Daddy's gonna get you the shorts, Jackie." Her dog is next to her.

"I wanna bring Booby."

"Jackie that paperwork hasn't cleared yet. You cannot bring him. Plus he's a big dog, and could possibly become aggressive around people he doesn't know."

"Emma I need you to pick up the children today. I have a client at 3:45."

"Okay. Jackie let's go get you some shorts." She picks Jackie up.

"Mummy," Jackie calls me.

"Yes sweetie."

"I am sorry."

"Thank you Jackie."

~Emma's POV~

"Bye daddy!" Jessie and Jaimie wave. "Love you."

"Jackie," I turn to look at her in the backseat. "It's time for school."

"Daddy I don't wanna go." Jackie leans on my leg.

"Jackie mummy has a busy day at work today. Mummy couldn't stay home with you all day."

-9:00-

"Emma what's wrong?" Neal asks.

"Something's not right."

"What do you mean?"

"Regina calls me every single day at 8:45 to tell me she's arrived at work. She calls me every single day." I grip the stirring wheel.

"Well maybe she's in traffic and she's late."

"No. Regina is never late. My wife is never late. And if she was she'd still call. Something is wrong. Get out."
