Chapter 45

Kris' POV

It has been three weeks of us living with the Danes to say Andy is happy is an understatement, he loves living here especially since he can play and talk to his sister every day although Anne sometimes just blabber when they're talking. The two loves playing with their grandfather and Aunt Terry which sometimes ends with them covered in dirt and other grime from who knows where.

We still go to my parents' house every Saturday where Trish and Len together with my parents spoil my kids rotten. They can always get away with eating too many sweets that lead to them being all hyper and energize all day long, good thing we have a lot of humans playing with them.

Katrin and I are still trying to work around each other, I'm not sleeping on the floor anymore because the kids keep on asking questions and it became an irritating thing so with the constant nagging from Katrin and the kids I move to sleep on the bed but far away from her, I even put pillows as barrier.

Don't get me wrong I still love Katrin with my whole being but there are times where I'll be reminded of that unfaithful day and I just keep to myself for the remainder of the day, thinking. I want us to work and be the way we were but it's hard although when I see my kids laughing and playing with their mother my heart would melt by the sight. For now, let's just wait and see where things will lead us.

We are currently in the 20th-floor office eating late lunch Katrin ordered with Terry, Len, Pip, Trish, myself and of course our boss and my love Miss Katrin Dane. We have found some leads about the case but is currently being reviewed if they're true or made up.

"I'm bored, let's play a game" Trish said after chewing some chicken wings.

"I'm in! let's play spin the bottle!" Pip pipes in eating his pizza.

"That's too childish" Len said drinking some water.

"It could be fun and besides Katrin here never played that before" Terry said with a smirk making Katrin choke on her salad.

"Really?" Pip ask shocked.

"Yes, now let's play, so what's the mechanics?" Terry asks rubbing her two hands.

"I will spin and ask the question first, then the one pointed ask the next and then so on, when the one being pointed does not want to answer he or she needs to give Pip here, our only male friend, a lap dance. Sounds good?" Trish says evilly. We all agreed, Pip is harmless. Trish spun the bottle and was pointed to Terry.

"This will be good. So are you and Len a thing?" Trish asks with a huge smirk making Terry blush.

"I don't know about her" Terry answered with a red face looking down.

"Yes, we are together" Len said all confident holding Terry's hand and bringing it to her lips giving it a small kiss. 

We all cheered and gush at their cuteness. After recovering from her redness Terry spun the bottle and was pointed at Trish. Terry had this scary evil smile painted on her face making me scared.

"Okay Trish, since you and Kris were lovers, can you tell us if Kris is indeed huge?" Terry asks making me choke on my soda and Katrin cough uncontrollably beside her.

"I don't know" Trish simply said smiling.

"What? How come you don't know? you two have been together for two years." Terry asks getting impatient.

"We never did it. We would make out and I can tell you Kris is a good kisser but we didn't go beyond that" Trish answered with a shrug.

"So Katrin was her first?" Terry asks no one in particular.
