2 years later...

Life could never be as perfect as it is now.

"Daddy! Anne won't let go of my book" Andy shouted from the living room.

"But Daddy, Andy won't let me read with him" Anne shouted back.

"You don't even know how to read yet" Andy said making Anne's lip quiver and tears to form in her eyes.

"Andy say sorry to your sister" I said sternly.

"No, it's not my fault she couldn't read and still trying to get my books" Andy said defensively.

"Woah, woah, what's all this ruckus about?" Trish said as she enters the room.

"This two can't seem to get along anymore" I said getting frustrated with my children.

"You guys, come here" Trish spoke with authority making the kids follow.

"Andy you should never shout at your sister, remember you two are siblings and you're older than her so you should have more patient" Trish tries to explain to them.

"but she keeps stealing my books, you know how much I value and organize them" Andy said to his Aunt.

"I just want to learn how to read so you won't keep teasing me about my reading skils!" Anne shouted sounding like her mother.

"Anne you should always ask permission when you're borrowing something sweetheart, and Andy why don't you teach Anne how to read instead of being a moody big brother. You two should get along or I swear I'll lock you up together in one room without toys or books, got it?" Trish said threatening them which works.

"I'm sorry Anne, come on let's go to the library and I'll help you read" Andy said making Anne smile. The two started walking up the stairs towards the library.

"Thank you" I breathed out.

"Not a big deal, so how are you?" Trish asks as she sits beside me.

"Tired" I said sighing big.

"Still having problems with Katrin?" she asks smirking.

"You would think by her having two  kids in her stomach she would be mellower and calmer but no, she likes to wake me every midnight just to look for God know's what food that I don't even know." I said covering my face with both hands.

"That's what you get for impregnating her, I told you to never forget the rubber" Trish says laughing at my misfortune while I'm glaring at her.

"Good thing Terry  and Len are at their honeymoon or else they will also be receiving your death glare, geez!" Tris said as she pats my back.

"Yeah, and Kristoff and Pip are at a business convention for that cyber thingy, so it's only me who's holding the fort." I said with a sigh.

"It's okay Kris, maybe next time you'll remember the rubber" Trish says laughing at her joke while I'm just shaking my  head smilingn at her.

------------

"Babe wake up!" someone said by my side.

"Ha?" I ask groggily.

"WAKE UP!" she shouted this time.

"What? what?" I said rising form the bed.

"get me a tamarind spicy flavored ice cream, please" Katrin said pouting.

"Babe do you know what time is it?" I ash her rubbing my eyes.

"I don't care, I want that ice cream, NOW!" she said looking scary.

"Okay, okay, just let me get my pants" I said getting out the bed.

"Oh babe," she said as I was getting out.

"What?" I ask annoyed.

"I  love you" she says smiling making my heart flutter and melt all the same time.

"I love you too" I said going back to her and kissing her lips.

"Huryy" she said pleadingly.

"Okay" I said smiling and went out in search for that ice cream my beautiful twin pregnant wife is craving..

It's funny how my life turns to be this way. There were so many bumps and detour I have to take just to have this imperfectly perfect family I call home now. Maybe destiny did play her cards right because if not I wouldn't be here right now, in love with THE BOSS...
