Chapter 7 - closure

Ann P.O.V

As I got to the classroom I saw that Tessie wasn't back yet, so I hurried to behind the school. As I was about to call out to her, I heard someone. "Don't touch it" it was Tessie. I opened the door a little, so I could see. William sat on the ground with blood under his nose. What happened? Tessie helped him. I could see William blush, which pierced my heart. So he really liked her, huh? I hurried back to the classroom and waited. I couldn't get that scene out of my mind.

Tessie P.O.V

As I walked into the classroom I saw Ann sitting on her seat. I walked over to her and smiled to her, but she didn't seem to notice me. "Ann? Is something wrong?" She looked at me and smiled. "Ah, yes! Everything fine, so" I nodded, but could see that she lied. But why?
When school was over, Ann and I decided to go shopping. As we came out of school, I saw Alex waiting for someone. I pretended not to se him, but then he saw me and waved happy to me...What?

Ann P.O.V

As we got out, Alex waited for someone. Then he saw us and waved to us. What is he doing? I looked at Tessie who looked at Alex. She didn't show any emotions at all. Alex came running up to us. "Hey girls, need a ride?" he asked cheerfully. I waited for Tessie to answer but she didn't seem to do it. I smiled awkwardly at Alex. "No thanks, uhm, I think we pass" Alex looked at me. he smiled, but I could tell he was irritated with me.

Alex P.O.V

After going out to ask them, they refuse my invitation? And it was that blonde girl who refused. She shouldn't even interfere. I looked at her, hoping she could see that she should just disappear. She seemed to get it, but didn't move. I looked at Tessie again, who looked at me with an annoying face. She should be as easy to get as before.

Ann P.O.V

Alex looked at Tessie, who didn't move a muscle. I don't know she is thinking, but I know she doesn't want to have nothing to do with Alex. I take her arm and smile innocently to Alex who looks irritated. "Sorry, but we need to go now!" I hurry to pull Tessie with me. "Wait, Tessie!" I run away with Tessie.

After running a little away from school, I loosened my grip on Tessie. "Are you okay, Tes?" I look at her. She still look stonefaced. She nod quiet and then find her mobile. "Hey Ann?" "Yeah?" "Want to met Harry?" She smile at me. my eyes opened up, the same did my mouth. "Are you crazy? YEAH!" I can't help but jump of happiness!

Tessie P.O.V

Ann is head over heals happy after I asked her about meeting Harry. I feel guilty, but I just can't handle to talk with Ann about this today. I find the crumbled paper in my pocket and type the written on the note. I text Harry and then we walk towards Holiday.

Harry P.O.V

As I walk into Holiday, I immediately see Tessie and her friend. They are sitting at a table in the corner and talking. I smile and wave. They see me and Tessie waves back, while her friend is staring dumbfounded at me. I walk towards them and Tessie whisper something to her friend. "Hello, my name is Harry" I say while reach out to greet her friend. "I-I know! My name is Ann!" she says eagerly, while blushing. She takes my hand and shake it and then I sit down. I look at Tessie, who is staring at her smoothie. Just like first time we met. I giggle over the thought and Tessie looks up at me. "What?" she says. "Oh nothing, just thought that you have a habit of buying stuff, just so you can stare at them." I laugh. It takes a short moment for her to understand my joke. She blush and punch me lightly. "Shut up!" she says embarrassed. I laugh again and look at Ann, who is watching us. "So, what were you talking about?" I try to start a conversation with her. She looks down with and awkward smile. "Oh, nothing, really.." "We talked about the movies you starred in" she got cut by Tessie. I smile at Ann. "Oh really? What do you think of them?" She blush, but light up as she started talking about it. She kept talking in a long time...

Tessie P.O.V

As Ann and Harry were talking (or more like Ann talking), I thought about what happened today with Alex. Why did he offer us a ride? But then I thought about what he said to William. 'if you love her that much, then try to take her from me' he said, but I am not his girlfriend anymore? What is he thinking? I don't understand him at all!
After some time I got a text. Ann and Harry still talked, the were really getting along! I grabbed my mobile up from my pocket and checked the text. It was from Alex.

'Hey Tessie, I'm sorry for the things I said earlier, but I was just so frustrated after seeing you with some other guy. Why don't we give it a try again?'
What!? Does he think I'm an idiot? I ignore the text and put my mobile back in my pocket. What did I ever see in this jerk? After telling
me the reason why he lied to me? does he expect me to be that stupid!? Harry must have seen my frustration. "Are there something wrong?" I look up at him. "No, just some jerk trying to hit on me" I look at Ann, who understand immediately. "Did he!?" she ask in shock. Harry looks confused. "What?" he ask. "It is Alex. He is trying to get back together now." Harry looks confused, yet angry. "Who does he think he is? He really is an asshole." He says irritated. "Don't worry. I will never get back together with that jerk." Harry looks at me and smile. "That's the way!" he say happy. I smile and take a sip from my smoothie. Then I feel my mobile again. Another text. I take my mobile up again and look at the text. I sighed. "It's Alex again." "What does he say?" Ann ask. I read the text out loud. "Meet me tomorrow in lunchbreak behind the school. Your Alex" I looked up at Ann and Harry. "What do you think?" I ask. They look at each other. "I-I don't know, Tes. You don't have to, you know" Ann says worried. I look at Harry. "Maybe it's a good idea... you know, to end it totally between you guys" he says. I look down. "I will think about it" I say and smile at them. "But hey, we shouldn't talk about that jerk! Let's talk about something else" Harry say optimistic. I nod and the same does Ann. We start talking about music and such.

When I got home, I laid in bed with Lazy. I thought about what to do with Alex. Harry was right to end it totally, but I felt uneasy about it. I still felt hurt about what he said to me. Of course I did, I have liked him for so many years! I petted Lazy, who rolled around. He looked at me with his dark eyes, which made me smile. "Thank god I have you, Lazy!" I hug Lazy and he began licking my face like crazy.
