Chapter 9: Wheeze

Y/N POV

[Next Day]

I did my morning daily routine and drifted to school

as I was walking towards the rooftop, I heard someone's footsteps behind me, I assumed that someone was following me, and then I turned around...

Suzy.

It's Suzy.

Y/N: Um, why are you following me?

Suzy: I'll stalk you, I'll hunt you.

Y/N: Um, Suzy, you know? Your starting to get weird and strange.

Suzy: I told you to stay away from him.

Y/N: *sigh*

I grabbed Suzy's shoulder as she looked at my hand on her shoulder.

Y/N: Look, how can I stay away from him when I'm already inlove with him? I'm sorry to say this Suzy but you're being rude and your so annoying, I know this is harsh but I have to say it because you need to stop.

Suzy lifted her hand, I closed my eyes tightly and felt a pain on my cheek. She slapped me.

Suzy: I told you, I will never be guilty even if I hurt someone or kill someone.

Y/N: W-what...Kill?

Suzy: Why are you so hard-headed??

I've got nothing to say. As I saw Xinlong walking towards while wearing earphones, he then took a quick glance on me and again and again.

He slowly walk towards me.

Xinlong: Heya Suzy and Y/N.

Suzy: Hi. I was about to walk away, I'll see you two later.

Suzy then walks away

Xinlong looked at me

Xinlong: What happened? It seems like something
happened.

Y/N: Oh, it's just nothing.

Xinlong: Oh right,

He looked around and so am I, there was an awkward silence, the bell broke the silence as it rings signing it's now time for our first class which is mine is in English class.

I looked at Xinlong, and he gave me a little smile with a little wave and he walk away.

I walk towards my classroom, and swing the door open...I then walk towards my seat after taking a glance on Mingrui, seeing him staring at the blackboard, ignoring me.

I sat on my seat, as the teacher came in and started the lesson

[Lunchtime]

I stood up and stretched my arms, hayy, thank God it's now lunchtime, that English class took like forever!

Mingrui: Let's go eat lunch together.

Y/N: Sure.

We exited the classroom,and then we started running towards the cafeteria and I don't know what's the reason.

Y/N: Mi-...ngrui! I'm *wheeze* tired...

Mingrui stopped running and turned around to look at me, he then come near me.

Mingrui: You're wheezing...

I kept on wheezing, it's hard to breath. I want to lay down, I want to rest.

Mingrui: Y/N? Is there something wrong?

I slowly closed my eyes, my body became heavier so I fell on the ground.

Unconscious.

The last thing I heard was Mingrui shouting my name.

Mingrui's POV

I watched Y/N fell on the ground unconscious, what happened?! I shouted her name

Mingrui: Y/N!!

Oh my, I don't know what to do!what should I do???

I saw the nurse of the school walk towards our direction and then she saw Y/N.

She then quickly come near us.

Nurse: What happened?

Mingrui: We were just running towards the cafeteria to have lunch and she said she was tired, and she kept on wheezing and she just slowly close her eyes and fell on the ground, unconscious of course.

Nurse: Lets bring her to the infirmary.

I quickly nodded, and the nurse carried her, we made our way towards the infirmary as I watched her lay Y/N down.

Nurse: If I were on your shoes, I'll eat lunch first and come back.

After I ate lunch, I went to the infirmary and go inside to see Y/N still closing her eyes, still sleeping?

Nurse: I'm not a professional doctor but we need to bring her at the hospital.

Mingrui: Huh? Why?

Nurse: She has a heart disease...
