Helpless {Zane x Reader}

~Chapter 8~

  When I wake up, it's a beautiful day outside. Birds are singing, flowers are blooming. 

  I yawn and sigh. Last night was quite.... it was quite the night. 

  I change out of my pajamas and walk in the main living room, where Aaron and Melissa are talking. 

"I'm glad we went to the casino. It really cheered them up, and we didn't get noticed!" Melissa says. "I'd say it's a win," 

"Yeah, That was a big relief." Aaron sighs. 

Melissa smiles. "It was nice to see everyone unwind for a change. The only real downside was the end of the night with (Y/N)." 

"It got taken care of. Luckily for us, the guard didn't notice us." Aaron nods. "I'm just glad we didn't get caught." 

"On another note, I didn't know you were such a clutz on the dance floor." Melissa smirks, giggling. 

Aaron's face went red. I giggle, walking closer to them. "She has a point, Aaron," 

"I haven't danced in a while, okay!?" He defends himself. 

"We're just teasing," Melissa smiles. "It was nice to see you let loose while Aphmau led the way." 

"I had fun, didn't you guys?" I smile. 

They both nod.

Suddenly, Rachel walks in. "Aaron," she says in a stern voice. "Can I see you in private?" 

"Sure," Aaron answers, walking with his mom.  

"I'll go with," R says, following them. 

Me and Melissa watch as they walk off. "What do you think that's about?" I ask Melissa. 

"No clue, but it might be serious." She responds. 

"Yeah," I say simply. I turn to walk towards Zane's room. Then I pause. I hear something....

"What's that sound?" Garroth says to Kawaii~Chan. "Is it.." 

"A helicopter?" Kawaii~Chan finishes his sentence. 

Melissa and I both turn towards the door. Suddenly, it's knocked down by GF guards. Along with them are shouts. 

"Freeze!"

"Don't move!" 

"Everybody on the ground!" 

Melissa ducks and forces the huge table in the living room on its side, hiding behind it. I follow her there. 

Garroth runs out of the room and into the hallway where Aaron, Rachel, and R went.

 Melissa wastes no time and starts throwing the chairs at the GF that are in the room. I follow her example, though I'm not as strong. She then bolts out of the room. 

"Stop her!" One of the Gf shouts. Before they can make a move, I throw one of the tall chairs that were situated at the bar at them. I then follow Melissa. 

Garroth is warning everyone and Melissa runs into one of the rooms. Aphmau opens her door. "What's all that noise?" 

"The GF are here!!" I shout, running into her room and slamming the door. 

"What?!" Her eyes widen. She starts putting chairs up against the door. I help her. Soon, the door is blocked with everything we could move. 

"C'mon!" I grab her arm and we go to the balcony. I look around, and Zane is on the balcony a room away. "Zane! The GF are here!" 

"I know!" He looks down. "We're gonna have to jump on the balconies below us!" 

Aphmau looks at him. "You're crazy!!" 

"It's the only way! The GF are going to open the door at any moment, so we need to be quick!" Zane looks at me and Aph. "We can do this!" 

"Listen to him!" A gruff voice says from above us. 

We look up. "R?" 

"You're both crazy!!" Aph shouts. 

"Aph!" I look her in the eyes. "We have to do this! It's either this, or we get caught by the GF! I'd rather die than get taken by them, so come on!" 

"It isn't too late for you! You have to go!" Aph looks desperate. And afraid. 

"It's too late for me at this point. Besides, I'm not leaving you guys behind. So let's go," I give her a determined smile. "Come on," 

Aph nods. She gives me a shaky smile. We both look at Zane. "We're Ready!" Aph says to Zane. 

He nods. "Let's go!"  

"I'll take care of the helicopter, you three jump!" R shouts at us. 

We all nod.  

"3," Zane starts.

"2," Aph continues.

I take a shaky breath. "1!" 

And we jump.

Hey y'all! I'm proud of this chapter, and I'm sorry for not updating sooner! School is a major pain, plus I gotta keep up with the When Angels Fall episodes, so yeeeaaaaahhhh

I mean, hey, look at this huge chapter though! So hA!
