We landed in Madagascar. I took my jacket off, and we got into a small hotelish room. I took my bag with me into the bathroom and changed. I changed into bluish shorts, with a green top on. I put on my gun belt, which held my hand-held gun, and the three cases I had. It was nice because I was able to use one of the compartments as place for my knife.

Nathan and I were in the jeep, waiting to see if Victor had a signal. After a while Nathan pulled a map out, "This route should take us right to the volcano." I took a sip of water from my water bottle and sighed. It was way too hot for me. The guys got back into the car, and Nathan started the car. I looked at Sam and offered him a water bottle. He took a sip and smiled at me.

God, what am I going to do? I can't handle all this tension. I really like Sam, but.. What if something happens? I know that at least somebody will get killed. I really don't know what I should do. I'm just going to try to hide these feelings until after this ordeal is over with.

Nathan hit the trail marker and I gasped, "Really?" I asked. "Just in case," Nathan said.

Nathan kept driving, and I was basically enjoying the scenery. "It's beautiful here," I said, just to throwing out there.

We had to drive across a rickety bridge and when broke, I kinda landed on Sam. We looked right into each others eyes and I blushed like crazy.

"Hey, lovebirds, wait til you get a room," I heard Nathan say.

I gasped and smacked him in the head as I got back into my seat. "We don't say that to you and Elena," I replied.

"Oh, so that means you two-"

"No, Nathan. Besides, I like to get to know people on a personal level. As of this moment, we're just friends," I said without thinking. Sam nodded. I think he could tell that I wasn't just ready for a relationship.

As Nathan kept driving, I only paid attention to the scenery. I watched the boys go to look through the things. I relaxed and closed my eyes slowly and smiled.

We stopped when we saw an explosion. "Shoreline?" I asked. Nathan nodded, "You bet." "Son of a bitch," Sam replied. I softly groaned.

We saw more of them surrounding an area. "Sneak and/or shoot?" I asked. Sam smiled and Nathan nodded, "More or less." We all grabbed our guns and hid in tall grass. We snuck around. I loved having my knife when it came to sneaking. The boys mainly snapped necks, but I loved my knife.

After we finished sneaking, Nathan blew up a door. We found another sigil. It belonged to Adam Baldridge. I looked around for awhile. Sam tapped my shoulder, "Come on, we're going back to the jeep." I smiled and walked with him. I saw Sam grab something, but I didn't bother him.

We drove more, and saw more Shoreline. We saw a well, and of course somebody made a pun. "Well, well, well," Nathan laughed at his own joke, "Get it? Cause it's a well."

I tried so hard not to laugh and smile, but I couldn't help to smile. "Seriously? You like puns?" Sam looked at me as he softly chuckled.

"I'm a sucker for puns. They're awfully funny," I smiled at him with a soft laugh.

We looked around as Nathan climbed up a tower. I was by Sam. Sam bit his lip and looked at me, "Hey, Delilah." I smiled, "Hey, Sam." I could tell he was anxious to ask me something.

"So.. um.." His voice lowered, "This may be not the best timing, but maybe sometime I could- we could have dinner?"

I blushed and looked at him, "You mean like a date?"
