Chapter 4

I woke up around 8 a.m. Everybody else was still sleep I figured. Lialle and I were going to the movies today to see No Good Deeds and probably go out to eat. I went upstairs to get my shoes from the shoe closet and saw Christen up watching tv. She looked like a hot mess and her face was puffy.. "Goodmorning Christen, see you later."

She jumped when she heard me. "Oh shit, you scared me! Goodmorning and thanks for last night." I smiled "You welcome, anytime." It was a short pause. "Na'riyah can I get your number? I'm pretty sure I'll need some words of comfort later...."

I gave her my number and went downstairs to wake Liae up so we could get our day started. I went home did my hygiene I put on some regular jeans a blue shirt and my gamma blue 11s. Liae almost twinned but she had a skirt on. I couldn't do skirts. Hell no.. We sat around for a few watching tv and being lazy. "Lialle are you ready? We been sitting here for like an hour!"

"I mean like damn Nai! We got all day!"

"Naw you got all day, I might have stuff to do 😏" "what ever, just come on hoe." We got in my car and I saw Christen coming down the stairs. They also left their done open. She looked MUCH better than she did earlier. Where was she going?

"liae that good was GOOD!, we need to go their again!" She started laughing "hell yeah b!" we were leaving T.G.I.F and headed to the 4:00 movie. I was hype! I heard so much about this movie.

The movies was packed. I hated when places were packed. I made sure I held Lialles hand for security and comfort. I don't know why but I just felt safe. We got our tickets and we still had a little time so we stood near the concession stands, but it was boring so we just decided to sit in the theatre. Somebody tell me why fuck I saw Christen hugged up with the same bitch that cheated on her. That shit made me mad. Not like jealous mad (well just a little) but mad like you cried all last night, looked a hot ass mess, BUT you with her right now BOOED UP. I looked straight her for a second or two and kept it moving. Everything happens for a reason. It's a lesson or a blessing.

The movie was BETTER than I heard. I could go see that again. Liae hadn't stopped babbling about it ever since we left the theatre and we were home for hours. My family had went to my aunts house till Tuesday. My siblings stay missing school days, but nah not me. We had just finished making cheesesteaks and we planned on having a netflix night. Lialle always managed to find these corny looking movies that were always better than they seemed. 😂. She's so goofy, and she had the personality that'll make you fall in love. I been falling for a minute and don't really wanna get up. "Nai I love you hoe." "I love you more cunt" I had to sit up on the couch so she could lay on me. She always got her way.

I got a text message from Christen and it was 10 something.

C; can I come over? I'm bored 😫

N; lol damn, i was just about to K.O

C; ughhh okay. Goodnight though

N; night.

I was wide awake. I just didn't want her over here right now.
