Chapter 6

It was now Monday . Two more weeks of school and we were out for the Summer. hallelujah. Of course Lialle was still here. I woke up at 4 so I could get dressed and finish some homework. I took a shower lotioned down with brown sugar and cinnamon lotion and perfume. Everybody loves that smell on me. I styled my hair in a cute bun. Today I put on a simple green shirt. Khaki skinnys folded up, and my green kobe 9s. I made sure I had everything done before I finished my hard ass english paper. After that was done I went back to sleep on the couch. school didn't start till 9. "Nai get your ass up its 8:30 and we're going to Bojangles copycat ass"

Damn. It seemed like I only slept for five minutes.

"You copied me PHUCK you mean" I said laughing. That cracked Liae up. I locked the door and grabbed my keys. passing christens house I saw a unfamiliar car. "Asia mom must be in town or something"

"No love, that's Christens girlfriends car. she's been there sent yesterday."

"Ohhhhhhhh" I said trying to sound normal.

She didn't take her brain with her, or maybe she has a trick or sum up her sleeve."

Lialle was treating us to breakfast at Bojangles. that's the spot right there. For two skinny girls we could EAT.

We were now going to lunch but I was ready to go. 2nd period wore me out. "Liae I'm sleepy"

"Me too. Let's Go"

I pulled up to the driveway and JD was sitting on the porch. Christen was sitting in her lap. I guess they didn't even bother going to school. JD was mean mugging the hell out of me. She need to chill with that shit cause I will pop off. Liae had a bunch of shit in her hands so I opened her car door. I heard Christen say "see baby, you need to do stuff like that." I couldn't do nothing but smirk on the inside. She needs to do a lot more than that I thought to myself. Neither I or Lialle had the energy to go upstairs so we just laid on the double recliners. I made

stretch out vertically, so I could lay horizontally. We were watching Jerry Springer when I started to doze off.

"Nai your lips dry as hell"

"We give me some damn Chapstick, you see I'm tryna sleep."

She didn't say anything for a few minutes and just when I had started dozing off she pecked my lips. WOOH BOYY I thought to myself. I managed myself though. Yes I did. "Thanks love". see now. This the type of shit that make you fall in love. the shit that make you be like PHUCK boys. Her lips. We're everything. they gave my lips HOPE, and inspiration 😂😂. My thoughts before I fell asleep.

Lialle

I was so sleepy I couldn't even fall asleep. what type of shit was this? Then I heard a knock on the door. it was Christen. i signaled for her to come in because the door was unlocked. When she saw Nai sleep with her face turned towards my belly button, it was like her facial expression changed. "Sorry to bother you but I wanted to see if Ri was busy. I needed her opinion on something" I smiled and laughed. "I would wake her up but she left school so she could go to sleep. but when she wakes up I'll be sure to tell her!"

"Thank you 😊" and with that she left. I wondered what she needed an opinion on. I hope it wasn't anything to serious because Lialle would be over dramatic. I felt the sleepiness rise upon me and it took over.
