Red Flags Of An Abusive Man.

A/N: In this chapter we will learn about the red flags of abusive men. Trust me this is all going somewhere, I just need you to be educated on the issue at hand first. 

Red Flags Of An Abusive Man 

1. He pushes too far, too fast, planning your future together right away.

2. He hates his mother and is nasty to her. 

3. He wants your undivided attention.

4. He must always be in charge.

5. He always has to win.

6. He breaks promises all the time.

7. He can't take criticism and always justifies his actions.

8. He blames someone else for anything that goes wrong.

9. He's jealous of your close friends, family members, and all other men.

10. He always asks you where you went and whom you saw. 

11. He has extreme highs and lows that are unpredictable.

12. He has a mean temper.

13. He often says you don't know what your talking about.

14. He makes you feel like your not good enough.

15. He with draws his love or approval as punishment.

16. He pushes you to do things that make you feel uneasy, like taking the day off from work or even breaking the law. 

17. He abuses alcohol or drugs.

18. He has a history of getting in trouble with the law, getting into fights, or breaking and destroying property.

19. He doesn't work or go to school.

20. He blames you for how they treat you, or for anything bad that happens.

21. He puts down people, including your family and friends,or calling them names.

22. He always is angry at someone or something.

23. He nags you or forces you to be sexual when you don't want to be.

24. He cheats on you or has lots of partners.

25. He is physically rough with you (push, shove, pull, yank, squeeze, restrain).

26. He accuse's you of flirting or "coming on" to other or accuse's you of cheating on them.

27. He doesn't listen to you or show interest in your opinions or feelings, things always have to be done their way.

28. He ignores you, gives you the silent treatment, or hangs up on you.

29. He lies to you, doesn't show up for dates, maybe even disappears for days.

30. He blames all arguments and problems on you.

31. He tells you how to act or dress.

32. He threaten's to kill himself if you break up with him or tells you that he can't live with out you.

33. He experiances extreme mood swings. You'll be the greatest one minute, then ripped to shreds the next.

34. He has unrealistic expectations.

35. He attempts to isolate you.

36. He speaks negatively about all his past relationships.

37. He talks at length, bragging about himself. This self-obssessed behavior is frequently seen in abusive men. 

38. You catch him telling lies. 

39. He texts you so much that it sometimes creeps you out.

40. If he hits you.
