Jackson's POV
"No, I don't know why" Ellie said, playing dumb.
"Stop playing dumb, Ellie" I said. Ellie giggled and quickly got off my lap. She swam far away from me really quick. I put my hands over my lap as fast as I could, covering up my situation.
"Ellie!!" I yelled "Come back here!!"
"Can't make me" she said. She stuck her tongue out at me. I groaned silently and put my head down. Then I heard Ellie talking again.
"Hey guys look at what I can do" I looked up and saw Erin, Gabe, Jacob, and Madison looking at her. I looked at Ellie and she signaled for me to go upstairs.
Now I know what she did. She was distracting everyone so I could get out without anyone seeing my.... yeah
I quickly got out of the pool and ran inside. I sprinted upstairs and ran into our room. I grabbed a towel and dried off quickly. I sighed and sat down on our couch in the room.
Ellie's POV
After Jackson ran inside I did a double back flip into the pool. Everyone cheered and laughed and all that stuff. After that I excused myself saying that I had to use the bathroom. Then I walked upstairs and went into our room, knowing Jackson would be there. I looked at him and giggled. He looked up at me and smiled slightly.
"What are you giggling about? Huh?" He asked. I smiled innocently.
"Nooothing" I said. I grabbed a towel and dried off. Then I walked over to Jackson and sat criss cross applesauce on his lap.
"What do you wanna do? Deal with it now? Or wait till it goes away?" I asked him.
"I guess I'll try to wait till it goes away" He said. I nodded my head. I laid my head on his chest and he wrapped his arms around me. I smiled brightly.
"I love you, Jackson"
"I love you, Ellie"
