Melody's pov

"My sister is visiting today because something happened between her and my mom i gotta go pick her up from the airport, i texted her saying I'm dropping her off here because i gotta go to work because im already late i over slept" i tell Erick bc maeve is at here job, she is a dance teacher, the only reason Erick is always home is because he is looking for a job

My mom become an alcoholic when my father died because of cancer, ever since my mother became and alcoholic she hasn't been the best, she would always come home drunk or she would never come home at all. Jess comes to visit whenever something bad happens between her and mom

"Okay thats fine I'll be here when you drop her off" Erick said

"Okay thank you" i said as I'm ready to leave to pick up jess

Time skip to the airport (A/N srry they're a lot of time skips and Jumps)

As I'm looking for Jess i hear someone yell my name so i turn around to see who it is.

"MELODY" Jess yells as she make her way towards me

"Hey jess how are you?" I ask

"I'll be fine, you know how mom is with her alcohol" jess says as we both get in to the car

"Yeah well she need to go to rehab, it's not okay for her to just drink away her life just because dad died. Dont get me wrong i miss dad too but i wouldn't think alcohol is the solution to try and feel better but we all grieve differently" i said while driving home to drop of Jess (A/N they dont live to far from the airport)

".....Yeah i get it, mom does need help but  like you said we all grieve in our own way" jess said as we pull up to the house

"Hey I'll see you late and don't get into trouble" i scream to Jess as she walking to the front door

"See you later and no promises" jess yells back as she walks into the house

_________Another time skip__________

"Sorry i'm late i had to pick my sister from the airport and drop her off at my house and then make my way her" i tell Kaylee

"No it's okay and i didn't know your sister is visiting" Kaylee said as i do her hair

"Sorry i forgot to tell you when you messaged me last night" I said as i Curl kaylees hair

"No it's okay, I'm not mad you didnt't tell me plus we barely know each other" kaylee says

"True we barely know each other, hey why not us, The rest of the legacies cast, my sister and friends Erick and Maeve get together and hang out tonight?" I asked kaylee while finishing up her makeup and hair

"Yeah okay that sounds fun, lets do it and maybe after we can add you, your sister and friends in the legacies groupchat" kaylee says while getting up and facing me while smiling

"Yeah okay I'll ask my sister and my friends if they want to hang out together and ill text you if they agree" i told kaylee while smiling too

"Okay I'll ask my cast too and if they agree ill text you and let you know where to meet us at" kaylee said

"Kaylee they need you on set and I'm Melody's next person she has to touch up" Lulu told Kaylee  in her Penelope wardrobe and sitting down so I can fix her makeup and hair

"Okay see ya Mel" Kaylee said walking out the trailer

"you so like her, and i mean in a into her like way" Lulu said to me as she caught me watching Kaylee leave with a smile on my face

"No I'm not, i dont date anymore, not after my Ex broke my heart and we barely know each other" i told lulu once im done with her makeup

"Whatever you say, you will fall for her i just know it and we cares if yall just met and you cant close youself off just because of one heartbreak" lulu said walking out the trailer

I sign walking out of the trailer knowing Lulu is right i cant close my self off but then again i dont want to get hurt again. I make my way to Julie's room telling im done and heading home and i make my way to my car, unlock my car, get in and start my car and drive home. I see that it's only 3pm and think when i get home i can hangout with Jess, and Erick maybe Maeve if she is home.

* Next Chapter we will get to see The cast and Melody's Group hangout and get to know each other and have Melody open up to Kaylee more, maybe even see Ashley Melody's ex
