Chapter 21

3rd pov a few minutes after Melody and Kaylee left Quincy and Jessica alone

P.s kaylee and Melody drove home in Melodys car and Quincy and Jess will have Quincy car

"Hey where did kaylee and my sister go" Jess asks Quincy now noticing that they're not back yet

"I don't know"Quincy answers while both him and Jess are walking around holding hands

"I'm going to call Mel and ask where did she and Kaylee go" Jess says sitting down at a table

"Okay I'll go get us some food and drinks" Quincy says

"Okay" Jess says

(Phone convo)

Sis- Mel
Me- Jess

Me- hey where did you and kaylee go

Sis- we went to get food and decided to go home

Me- what why? Wait you and kaylee know I like Quincy, is this a set up for me to tell him how I feel about him

Sis- what! No why would you say that

Me- you're lying, your voice gets high when u lie about something so spill

Sis- okay yes but I just want you to be happy and I know Quincy makes you really happy

Me- I am happy Mel

Sis- I know but I want you to be happy with him like I'm happy with kaylee

Me- I'll tell him when I'm ready okay

Sis- okay fine

Me- got to go, I love you

Sis- love you too

(Phone convo ends)

Little did Jess know later that day she would be telling Quincy about her feelings

Quincy came back with the food Jess told him that mel and kaylee went home, they talked and ate then some how ended up on the beach

Jess and Quincy sit down in the sand watching the sunset and ocean

"The sunset is beautiful today" Jess says

"Yea it is but it's not as beautiful as you" Quincy says

"Thank you" Jess says blushing

"You're welcome" Quincy says with a big smile on his face

"So there's something I need to tell you" Jess says nervous

"What is it?" Quincy asks curious

"Okay here it goes, Quincy I have feelings for you and I don't know if you feel the same way but like I really like you and-" Jess says but is cut of with Quincy kissing her, jess kisses him back

"What was that for?" Jess asks after they pull away from the kiss

"You where rambling on and I really like you too" Quincy says

After that they sit there smiling and talking to each other and then they decided it was time to head home Quincy drove to his house where him and Jess cuddled on the couch and watched movie until they fell asleep
