I saw her as I parked my motorcycle. I could already tell she would be in trouble tonight. As she walked through the parking lot and up to the bouncer with her tight dress and slinky curls bouncing, I knew something would go wrong. My instincts were proven when I noticed the bouncer look her up and down before allowing her to skip the line.

I wrinkled my nose in disapproval and could only mutter, "Sick."

Not only was the bouncer staring her down, but so were most of the men and women waiting in line. I could tell she wanted the attention. "What could happen to such a beautiful girl to make her trot around a lowlife club in skimpy dresses and heels that are higher than most buildings."

I knew she was the one.

I walked up to the bouncer and asked him to let me in, I tried to lie and say the little escort-to-be was my sister.

"Hey, I need to go in, that was my sister."

"Nice try, but you're not getting in, not until you wait with everyone else."

"Dude. That was my sister and she is only 16, I could get you arrested." I started to get annoyed but tried to still be nice.

"She was not 16, no chick that dresses like that is 16."

"Whatever, I tried to be nice," I said before punching him.

After knocking him out cold, I entered the club and went on the prowl to find this girl. It took hours to find her but after I did I knew instantly that she was drunk. She kept asking men to hold her and dance with her, I started noticing her go out of it quicker and quicker. I can't let this girl get raped tonight, no way that that is happening. I walked up to the men and called them out. After helping them realize none of them were good enough for her, they reluctantly walked off to some other girl.

"Great. Not only is she drunk but she is also unconscious." I said to myself. With an exasperated sigh, I picked the girl up and slung her over my shoulder, I wasn't sure how I would be able to keep her on my motorcycle. Luckily I found her purse and her car keys so I ended up just driving her in her own car.

After finally arriving at my apartment, I layed the girl down in my spare room and waited for her to awaken. I didn't mean to be a snoop but I had no idea what this girls name even was, I felt bad for doing it but I rummaged through her purse until I found a drivers license. It was easy to tell that it was a fake so after reading the name 'Adelaide Murkowski' I was almost certain that this was not her. I looked up the name and to no surprise at all, it was not her. I hade no idea what her name was but I would have to wait until she was fully conscious again to find out.

Some time went by and I ended up falling asleep, by the time I woke up it was almost lunchtime. The girl was still unconscious on the bed. I made myself a quesadilla and waited some more time, by almost three in the afternoon, she woke up.

I got up off the couch and went into the room she was in, I could see a bewildered look of panic in her eyes. I was fairly sure she was nervous or scared of me, I would be too if I looked like me. She analyzed me, from my raven black her to my leather jacket all the way down to my steel-tipped boots. She knew she messed up last night but she was probably thinking she got raped or something.

I didn't want to freak her out considering we had no idea who each other was so I cooly leaned against an exposed beam in the office like room and simply said, "Hey."

"Hi." was all that she said back, someone would have been able to hear a pin drop at that point.

I knew I needed to start a conversation and I knew that I needed to know who this girl was so after conjuring up a sentence, I smirked at her and said, "You might have a death wish Adelaide,"

I could tell that she didn't understand why I was smirking at her, she probably thought I was crazy, to be honest.

She gave me a confused look and said, "What?"

"I said you might have a death wish. I know your name isn't actually Adelaide because I looked her up after saving you." I really just wanted to know who she was and why she wanted such negative attention.

"Oh" was the only response I received. After realizing my attempts were futile, I gave up and figured I would just try again later, maybe when she was actually alert and comprehensive.

"Look, get all the rest you want; I know you will need it after seeing how much you drank last night, I will be in the other room. Just come out whenever you are rested and well enough to function by yourself."

"Who are you?"

"Go to sleep. We can talk when you wake up"

After saying this I saw her eyes close and unconsciousness envelop her once more. I've waited this long so what's a few more hours.

"Goodnight 'Adelaide', hopefully we can talk more soon."
