NOAH
It's lunch finally! I don't really remember about the other classes after first, because nothing remarkable happened, and I don't really care that much about them. In the cafeteria, I sit with Connor, and our squad, which consists of Malcom, basketball player, Chad and David, track athletes, Logan, Cory, and Brennan, football players, and now Aria, Avery, and Savannah, all on the Pom squad. Malcom, Logan, Connor, Aria and I were all Seniors. Chad, David, and Cory were Juniors, and Brennan, Avery and Savannah were Sophomores. Freshmen were never part of our squad, ever. It was an unspoken rule between us all. Sorry, but freshmen weren't cool enough, nor were they good enough athletes. The guys and I grabbed pizza from the lunch line, paid for it. On the way to our table, right in the middle of the lunch room, Connor tripped over a back pack, and his pizza flew through the air... right on to...Ava? It hit her right in the chest, coating her shirt, ruining it completely. Aria, witnessing the whole thing, burst out with her cute little laugh, and pointed at Ava. Ava ran out of the room, some black clad goth chick following her. Weird, Ava has a stalker maybe? Whatever. Connor got back in line to but another piece of pizza, and I slid in next to Aria. She was still giggling with her friends.
"See something funny?" I asked, smirking. The entire school probably saw Ava get dumped on by Connor's pizza.
"Yeah," Aria said, "that was, like, the funniest thing I've ever seen!" she burst into giggles at the end of her sentence. I laughed along, because, yeah, it was kind if funny. The look on Ava's face when she got hit was pretty hilarious. Connor set his tray down next to mine, grumbling about how someone tripped him on purpose.
"Dude, lighten up," I said as I smacked his shoulder, "you gave the whole school a good laugh. Everyone is going to know you as a great athlete and a comedic genius." Right then, a red-headed sophomore volley ball player came up to him, twirling her hair between her fingers.
"Hey," she giggled, "I'm Mackenzie. That was your pizza, right?" Connor grinned, raised his eyebrows at me, got up and started to flirt with her, away from the table. I turned towards Aria, and she started going off about some big party coming up.
