The day after, Zak laid on his bed looking at memes on his phone. He was trying to distract himself from the negative feeling in his chest he couldn't quite understand. He tried looking it up, but everything just said he had some kind of disease.

"Ughhhh i hate thisss.."

Hours later, Darryl returned home from his date.
"Zak, I'm home!!" he said energetically.

No response.

Darryl let out a "hm" and continued into the kitchen. He saw Zak with headphones on and he was cooking a hot pocket.

Darryl tapped him on the shoulder, causing him to yelp and stumble, falling on top of Darryl.
Both of their faces immediately flushed red and they scrambled to get away from each other.

"I'm so sorry Zak, I didn't think I would scare you!"

"Its fine.."

As Darryl picked himself up, Zak rushed to hide the alcohol that he had been sipping in attempt to distract himself from the awful chest feeling. (Note: I don't know if Zak drinks, this is simply fictional)

"Can I tell you how my date went?"

Zak rolled his eyes.

"Go for it."

Darryl waited for a second, blushed and put his head in his heads.

"She kissed me!"

Zak's chest felt horrible.

Oh my god it can't be because of him, no way.

"She kissed you?"

"Yes, I didn't know how to react, it was out of nowhere!"

Zak's mind went blank and he grabbed Daryl's hand and pulled him to the couch.
"Zak?? What's wrong?"
He pushed him into the couch, and sat next him. He grabbed Darryl's cheek and brought his face closer.

"So were your faces this close?"

Darryl squeaked and his face went tomato red.

"OH MY GOSH ZAK WHAT ARE YOU DOING"

"Was her kiss this good?"

Zak pressed his lips onto Darryl's. His heart raced and he passionately kissed Darryl, who kissed back.

After 30 seconds, they broke apart.

"Z-zak.. why did you.."

Zak scrambled up, realizing what just happened. He bolted and ran into his room, locking the door.

Oh god oh god oh god what did I just do

Darryl was left shocked on the couch.
