I Let Go

Once I thought it could be true
That there could be a me and you
That you fancy me secretly
And you'll come to me someday

But time flies and I got tired
Of waiting helplessly on my desire
So I decided to move on
And now I can say to you so long

If we meet again I'm not sure what to do
Do I have a courage to talk to you?
Will you say hi or just pass me by
Or would you lend me a smile?

Now I just hope to see you with another
So I won't keep hoping that we'd end up together
I promise I won't be mad
You won't see me sad

Just say you like Her not me
And I will be happy
I don't care if I'll see you engaged
For my heart will finally escape from this cage

I know I'll find someone better
We'll be happy together
Though I'm not sure how you feel
I know my feelings for you Were real

Now it's all in the past
My feelings for you did not last
That is all I want to say
To let me tell you now that I am Okay
