We Were There

I remember the day, the first time I met you
You come by out of the blue
For me you were a stranger
And I didn't gave you a care

My first impression for you is not good
Because of your jacket and your weary mood
Your jacket reminded me of that guy
The one I forgot and bid goodbye

I thought you were a bad boy or a gangster
But you end up being a teaser
Your mood slowly change and you begin to glow
My first impression for you just go

I wonder how we'd end up this way
When everything seems just like yesterday
You wait for us and we go home together
And now I can't seem to find you anywhere

You used to say hi when you pass by
When you call my name it makes me smile
I'm not sure how or what I feel for you
But I want you to know that I care for you I really do

I feel comfortable talking to you I don't know why
But whenever I'm with you time just seem to fly
I want to get to know you better
And to be a friend of you forever

Now I don't think it could happen
For something you thought change you in a sudden
If liking you means that you will avoid me
I can stop it and let you be free.

We may not become friends someday
Though I'm glad I met you on that day
Your the reason I forget
Meeting you, I won't regret.
