Chapter 23

Jenn's POV

Now I'm really curious to see what Alyx has in store for me. We both get out of the pool and wrap our towels around us. "Come on" she says while she takes my hand in mine and leads me to our room.

The first thing I see is a path made out of candles that's going into our room. I don't say anything but I gasp while I keep on walking to see that it leads to our bathroom.

When I enter I can see all the candles that she placed around the tub and in the bathroom. The tub itself is filled with hot water since I can see the steam coming off of it and it looks really inviting.

"How?" I ask really suprised how she managed to pull this all off even though we were together the whole time. "I had some help from the boys this time" she winks while she pulls me closer to her by my waist.

"You are absolutely amazing, thank you" I respond while I peck her on the lips. Then we both slowly pull our bikinis off and while I slowly get in the tub, Alyx puts on music.

Afterwards she also lowers herself into the water and settles herself in between my legs. I sit upright with my back against the tub and I wrap my arms around her waist.

I can hear her sigh, clearly enjoying this as much as I am. We stay like this for 15 minutes, letting this day sink in.

I start to play with her hair while Alyx cuddles even more into me. We both don't say anything cause now we both now exactly how we feel about eachother so we're really at ease.

Raw moments like these are exactly what I need after a long day. I'm not even turned on even though Alyx is laying naked in between my legs but the only thing I feel is pure love.

After a few moments she sits up a bit so she's no longer leaning against me. Then she turns around before I can ask her what's wrong. She still doesn't say anything when she pulls me on her lap and my legs wrap around her waist.

"I'm really happy that we're here" she mumbles while she snuggles her face into my neck. I automatically smile and hug her tightly. "I know babe, me too" I respond.

We stay like this for a little longer before we both get out and crawl in our bed. We talk for a few more hours about everything and nothing before I ask "hey how's your vlog going?".

"Do you want to see the footage of the first day?" she asks excitedly because I know that she's thrilled to show the rest of the world how our first trip as a couple went.

The next hour is spent watching our goofyness while we both laugh at our activities. "This video will be hilarious" I say, still laughing at the footage of Ricky pushing Jack in a bush.

Alyx's POV

I've been wanting to do something special for Jenn for a long time ever since she brought me to the forest that day. So this was my perfect opportunity.

All the planning and effort was really worth it cause I can tell that she loved it. Not many people know that she has a thing for romantic gestures so I thought that I would use that information to suprise her.

Now just being in bed with her, with nothing sexual involved, watching our adventures and hearing her laugh just makes it even more amazing. If every day here will be like this one, we will have the trip of our lives.

I already have new ideas of things that we can do that will be perfect for my vlog. I also looked up places in New York where I want to take Jenn so I still need to figure out how I am going to fix everything.

But for now I want to enjoy my night with my gorgeous girlfriend and laugh at our idiotic jokes. So I can't wait to see what else we are going to experience here but I'm already excited.
