The Talk

March

Suwa opened her eyes," Mom!" Nobody was there.

"Mom I swear I herd your voice! It was sooo weird, I was in the past!" Suwa explained to her mother.

"Honey, I have to get back to work," her mother said and hung up.

'Thanks a lot mom' she says to herself, 'What to do what to do'

Suwa plopped on her bed as she was still kinda tired. She stared at the ceiling for a while until she finally closed her eyes.

Knock Knock

"Who dares wake thy up from thy nap?" She questions as she walks to the door and opens it.

"Thy boyfriend," Hanyu smiles

Suwa laughed as she motioned him into her house. She went into the kitchen to grab his favorite drink.

"So, What was all of that for?" He questioned as Suwa handed him the drink.

She smiled and motioned her hand to say 'it doesn't matter'.
She sat down on the couch beside Hanyu.

"What brings you here?" She asked.

Hanyu smiles and puts his drink on the table. He rummages through his pocket and pulls out a square box and hands it to her.

Suwa grabs the box and opens it to reveal a beautiful diamond necklace. Her mouth falls agape," wow," she says as she stares at the diamond necklace in her hand.

"I-it's beautiful, but May I ask, how much was this?"

"That doesn't matter," Hanyu takes the bracelet out of her hand and hooks it around her neck.

"It looks amazing on you," he smiles.

Suwa hugs him and just sits there with her arms around him. She was so grateful for Hanyu, although she really didn't care for expensive things, it was such a nice gift.

"I take it as you like it huh," Hanyu says.

"Yep," she responds.

Another knock was herd.

"Who's there?"

There was a pause and then," It's me, Xin Long," he answers.

Suwa looks at Hanyu, 'go ahead' he mouths.

She walks to the door and opens it,"Yes?"

"Suwa I need to tell you something."

"Not right now Xin Long," She motions her head towards Hanyu.

Xin Long waves at Hanyu, who waves back. (AWKWARD)

"Ima just go, I'll see you later, ya?"

"Yea," she replied and shut the door as Xin Long walked away.

"I'm also going to go," Hanyu says," I hope you enjoyed your gift."

Hanyu hugs Suwa and leaves. Suwa ran up to the window to see why Hanyu had left in such a rush.

Hanyu ran up to Xin Long and put a hand on his shoulder. They talked but due to her being in the building, and them being outside, she couldn't hear anything.

Monday

Suwa had walked with Jisoo to school today. Jisoo talked about how she got to go to Florida because she had been out of school for four days.

Suwa hadn't talked much the whole time they were walking to school. Her mind had been off the whole time. She was deep in thought about something.

Jisoo noticed this, but with the things that's happened to Suwa this month, Jisoo just ignored it.

Suwa saw Hanyu and Xin Long talking to each other. Why was Hanyu suddenly talking to Xin Long so much.

Yea they are friends, but lately Hanyu has been hanging around Xin Long more than Suwa.

Suwa walks up to the and hears Hanyu say," fine then have her," and he walks off not even noticing her.

"What was all that about Xin?"

"Umm...nothing," Xin Long looks at Suwa,"Really it's nothing. Just something stupid."

Suwa shrugged it off and decided to go find Hanyu. She walked around the school a couple of times and with no luck, couldn't find him.

Jisoo met up with Suwa and convinced her to go to the library with her to get a book.

The library was upstairs and on the other side of the building so it took a couple of minutes. Also with those couple of minutes cane the couple of classrooms.

Suwa just so happened to look into one single classroom and saw Jaehee and Hanyu. Jaehee has her hand on Hanyu's shoulders and was leaning closer to him.

Suwa just turned away from the door and kept walking with Jisoo who didn't even notice Suwa had stopped.

What was going on? What had she done wrong to deserve all of this heartbreak?

After Jisoo had gotten two books the bell rang and both friends walked to their first period class, English with Mr.Chang.

Suwa sat in the farthest seat from the front and closest to the window. Jisoo sat beside her and grabbed her colorful English notebook.

Suwa laid her head on her arm and began to think of Hanyu and Jaehee kissing. She couldn't get it out of her head. Then she began to question why he was even dating her.

Was she just a quick girl to make Jaehee jealous? Why wasn't she good enough? Was it because she was fat? Or because she was ugly?

Her thoughts got interrupted by the teacher yelling her name. She looked up and saw he was standing right in front of her.

"Ms.Kim, if you are not going to pay attention in my class then go to the office."

"I'm sorry sir," she replied and raised her head and got her notebook out.

It was finally lunchtime and Suwa wasn't even feeling the least bit of hungry. She decided to go up to the roof and let off some steam.

She walked upstairs and opened the door as quietly as she could. She saw another familiar body sitting down.

"Hey...Xin Long what are you doing up here?"

"Probably the same thing as you," he said as he looked up at her.

Suwa walked over to Xin Long and sat beside him," what have you and Hanyu been talking about?"
