the tannoy blared through the speakers of the airport, although it fell on deaf ears. you had put your earphones in and played some music to avoid any conversation, but upon seeing jung jiwoo, you pulled it out and started talking to her.
you had spoke for maybe ten minutes, and there was still no sign of bts. you tugged lightly on the wire, trying to pull out your phone and check the time jimin had sent you, but, as fate would have it, before you could even get it of the pocket, you felt a slim body hit your chest, and wrap their legs around your waist, almost knocking you over. you recognised that cologne.
"(y/n)!!"
"jimin!" you hugged back tightly, having missed holding him like this. after being in that position for a few minutes, you tried to peel him away so you could see his face, but he wasn't letting go. "let me see you, pumpkin,"
you laughed when you felt him shake his head in the crook of your neck. you saw the other boys in the corner of your eye, watching the reunion. tentatively, you moved one hand from jimin's back to make sure he wouldn't fall off, and assured those legs wouldn't let him down, you gestured them over.
"how are you fine boys doing? how was the tour?" you asked enthusiastically. namjoon replied, cracking a smile at your greeting.
"it was amazing meeting the fans and performing for them again; it's been a while."
"yeah, but i'm sure they'd be happy to hear you had some well-deserved rest."
"they were. we really have the best fans."
you glanced down at jimin's lightly-coloured hair, "did you enjoy it, minnie?"
childish little giggles caused you to look up from the koala wrapped around you. jungkook and taehyung were sniggering, "it didn't sound like he was having fun, he wouldn't stop talking about you, noona-"
"-uh huh, it was all, 'i miss (y/n),' and 'i want her cuddles~!'" taehyung mocked his hyung.
jimin's glare prompted you to defend him, despite finding it funny yourself, "hey, you guys are just jealous,"
"that's right. come on (y/n), let's go home and cuddle. they're not worth it."
"mhm." you gave them a pointed look, which disappeared when jimin put his head back on your shoulder, replaced with a silent snicker.
