"Logan & Rory" (If Rory had said 'yes')

~They left!...You left??~

~Author's Note~

This is about when Emily and Shira found out that Richard, Mitchum, Rory and Logan left Richard and Emily's house, while Emily and Shira were busy chatting. Too busy to notice that Rory, Logan, Richard and Mitchum left. This is them finding out that they had left and reacting to the fact that they left.

(No one's POV)

It was a while later that Emily and Shira had finally stopped talking, to notice that they were all alone. There was no sign of Richard, Mitchum, and both Rory and Logan were also gone as well. Of course they had no idea because they were too busy notice.

"Shira", Emily exclaimed. She stood up then walked around the house, trying to figure out where they went. Shira got up from where she was sitting, and helped Emily looking for them.

"Emily". Shira exclaimed, She also noticed that they all were gone. Ran into the room where Emily was, and as soon as Shira and her was the proximity of each other, and said, "Emily, they left".

Emily just stared at her and said, "Well yeah Shira, I know. Thanks for stating the obvious yes they left".

Both Emily and Shira were shocked about the fact that they all left, while they were talking. Yes, all four of them will have some explaining to do.

*A couple hours later, outside in front of the Gilmore's mansion*

Mitchum, Rory, Richard, and Logan, all four of them standing outside of Richard's and Emily's house dreading the fact that in a few minutes they are going to have to go back inside and face a probably very angry Shira and Emily, who are probably angry that they had left.

They just stood in front of the house without saying anything and no one said anything until Rory piped up and said, "This is ridiculous". All of them looks over at Rory and stared at her. Looking over at them she met their look and sighed and then said, "I just meant that this is ridiculous, we know that we have to go in there and deal with Grandma and Shira sooner or later, right"?

All of the men looked at each other and nodded at each other. They knew that Rory was probably right, they had to go in there and face a very angry and upset Shira and Emily.

"Well then let's go in there and it over with", Rory said. Walking toward the front door. Logan, Richard and Mitchum followed her. 

All of them walked in the house and was greeted by a very upset Emily and Shira. They expected an icy reception but they weren't expecting total silence. They were expecting them to rave on and on about how they have without saying goodbye.

It was five minutes of silence until Emily finally spoke out. 

"Where have you been? What were you thinking leaving"? She exclaimed. 

"Richard spoke up then, "Now Emily. We just went out for dinner".

"You guys went out for dinner"? Emily yelped. "Well what about the dinner that I had made for us to have? You just up and leave to go out to eat while I had dinner made"!!!???

"Now Emily, you and Shira were talking so much and we were all very hungry, and you were not letting us eat", Richard said. He was trying to calm her down before this conversation got into a bigger argument, like when Christopher parents, Straub and Francine came to dinner. 

"Talking? Talking too much? Well I don't think that planning your Granddaughter's wedding is appropriate to call 'talking too much'".

"Emily, don't you think that Rory and Logan should have a say about their wedding"? Richard reasoned with her.

Rory and Logan who had been quiet though this entire conversation finally spoke up and said, "Listen Grandma Logan and I just got engaged and we are very happy. We want to take our time for the planning of it".

Emily looked at her granddaughter, sighed defeatedly and said, "I'm sorry Rory Logan, I guess I got a little too excited. 

Rory walked to her grandma and gave her a hug, "It's okay Grandma, I know why you did it".

After a few minutes Rory and Logan said goodnight and drove back to Logan's apartment. It was quite a night and Rory and Logan were very tired. After they got home they immediately changed their clothes, crawled into bed, and fell asleep in each other's arms.
