Emily and Shira just ordered their food for lunch and now they were just talking. All of a sudden they moved off from talking about normal things to start to talk about the wedding and their plan to try to get Logan and Rory to understand about how to do a registry that is suitable for their wedding registry, especially for a wedding that would be in the newspapers.
"So, Emily, what is our plan", Shira asked her.
"Well, we will just tell them that we think that their wedding registry is amateurish and that it could be an embarrassment, to you and me", Emily said, very calmly.
"Okay, Emily", Shira said. All of a sudden, though she came up with a horrible thought. "Emily. How are we going to tell them what we think, without making them not want us to be in their lives anymore. I mean, I finally got Logan back into my life, and I don't want to do anything to jeopardize it".
Emily got to thinking then, about what they were about to do. If she pushed to hard, she might lose Rory and Lorelai, who she just got back after years of not talking, and not been able to do anything for Rory or for Lorelai, because of Lorelai's pride.
"Well, we will have to be careful about how we proceed with this", Emily said.
*After a couple hours*
Emily and Shira, after finishing their lunch. They left the country club and walked each other to their cars, they had agreed to meet for dinner, along with Rory and Logan. Hoping that they could get though to them.
