To say my day has been pretty shitty is an understatement . This was by far one of the worse birthday's ever . Not only because my grandmother wasn't here but I hadn't heard from Kentrell since last night . He wasn't picking up my phone calls let along texting me back . He wasn't even present at school today which left me more worried than upset .
Asking Ben and the rest of the guys about his whereabouts was pointless because they hadn't heard from him either . I just prayed he was okay if he was then he had to give me a damn good explanation why I didn't at least get a happy birthday today .
Gathering my books I walked out of class only to be confronted by Travis who wore a smirk on his face , his grills glistening .
"Can you move . I got places to be . "
" Damn stop being hostile all the time . A nigga just wanted to tell yo' lil fine ass happy birthday . " Travis raked over my body . " I got you a BIG surprise too . "
" Don't you got a bitch ? " I raised my brow as I folded my arms across my chest . "
" And ? " Travis shrugged as he leaned against the locker . " Wea' yo lil' boyfriend at ? "
" None of yo' business . Now if you can excuse me , like I said I got places to be . " I pushed passed him as I made my way down the clustered hallway .
After putting my books in my locker I closed it heading outside the school building .
" One time for the birthday bitch , Two times for the birthday bitch , Three times for birthday bitch , fuck it up if yo' birthday bitch . " Ben rapped as he wrapped his arm around my shoulder rocking me back and forth .
I smiled . " You so fuckin' extra . "
" Damn right . " Ben looked at me . " You straight though ? You been quiet as hell all day . "
" I'm good just tired . " I shrugged . " You still ain't heard from Kentrell ? "
" Nah . Beenie and I bout' ta' go see if he at Sheronda's . You wanna ride ? "
" Nah . Just let me know wheneva y'all get to him . " I sighed .
