"Please, do you actually think 'I Need U' is their best title track? When a whole ass 'Run' exists?" Chan argues, slurping his milkshake while sitting on top of the kitchen Island.

"Maybe if you didn't have the brain the size of a dust particle you'd actually have taste." Mingyu retorts while drying off the last of the washed dishes. He hears the prince's offended gasp and the sound of him clutching his chest.

"I felt that." Mingyu snorts and places the cup he was drying onto its rightful place.

The door opens. Both boys turn at the sound. It was that curly haired boy, Wonwoo, and he did not look pleased. The boy was drenched with sweat, hair tousled and his eyes were screaming out for 'sleep'.

He closes the door and trudges towards the island and slams his forehead onto it. The two boys blink at each other.

Chan pats Wonwoo's head. "You aight buddy?" He asks.

He only receives a groan in response and the younger sighs.

"Jihoon probably trained him a little too hard today." Chan rolls his eyes and snaps his fingers twice. "C'mon, boy's dying over here get him some water- or food."

Mingyu gets right to work and Chan laughs lightly. The door creaks open again as Mingyu prepares food for the poor boy.

"...Hello?" Joshua's head peeks out of the doorframe. The prince's smile brightens. "Another friend!" He shouts and Joshua's eyes widen.

"Ah, I'm so sorry your majesty! I'll be go-" He bows but immediately bows but only earns a smack on the head.

"Nah nah nah nah shut up, just call me Chan. Now sit down, you're probably hungry."

Joshua scratches the back of his head, slightly confused by the prince's behaviour. "Well no, I thought Wonwoo was hanging around here which-" He points at the probably asleep boy on the countertop. "I am correct, but some food would be nice."

"You here that, Gyu?" Chan yells.

"Yeah yeah!"

The prince turns back at the older boy and wiggles his legs while patting Wonwoo's head.

"So, how's the first day at the palace?"

"Well-" Joshua starts but carefully thinks of what he's gonna say, which Chan rolls his eyes at.

"Just give me your honest opinion Joshua, I know the service here is shitty." The older boy is taken aback by the prince's words but quickly brushes it off and nods.

"I mean, it's alright I guess? Well, Jeonghan did scare me half to death and immediately told me to read a week's worth of books." Chan nods.

"And how'd that go?"
