To prepare for the Judges' Houses stage of the competition at Simon Cowell's luxurious 20-bedroom villa in Marbella in Spain, the boys all went to stay with Harry's stepfather Robin in Cheshire and it was there that they started to form a bond.
Of course they sailed through to the live shows and after the elemination of the other groups-- F.Y.D., Diva Fever and Bellie Amie -- within four weeks, made it through the final, in December 2010.
They finished in 3rd Place, behind runner-up Rebecca Ferguson and the overall winner, Matt Cardie.
Immediately after the show, 'Forever Young' (the song they would have released, had they won) was leaked on to the internet and caused a sensation that would dramatically change five young lives for ever.
