It was five past six, and my mother and I were sitting in the lobby, waiting for Beastboy. I had changed into my dark blue dress, I knew we would be going a restaurant later, and I wanted to look nice.

"Honey, did you and Beastboy get in a fight?" My mother asked.

"Well... It's just-"

The elevator door open and Beastboy stepped out. He had changed too, he was now wearing a nice white button down shirt with black pants. He also seemed like he was still upset, but he was now wearing a smile on his face.

I smiled. "Hey, you ready to go?"

"Yeah."

"Actually, if you guys don't mind, I'm bit tired from the plane ride, I'm going to stay behind." My mother smiled.

"Are you sure, mother?"

She smiled. "Yes, go have fun you two."

My mother stepped into the elevator, and I watched the doors come together.

"Beastboy, I'm sor-"

"It's okay Rae, I understand. Can we go? I have a surprise for you."

I smiled as we walked out of the hotel.

We walk about six blocks, then I had to ask. "Beastboy, what is this surprise?"

"Wait," He turned the corner, where a bunch of town houses stood. "We're here." He smiled.

"Okay? But what is 'here'?"

"See that house?"

"The one with the dark blue door? Yeah."

"That's supposedly were Greg Cipes is." He smirked.

"Really?"

"Yeah. And we can go see him."

"We can? Like right now?"

"Yeah."

"Then come on!" I said as I ran to the town house, which was only four houses away from where we stood.

Once we got to the door, butterflies appeared in my stomach and my knees were acting as if there was an earthquake.

"What are waiting for? Knock."

"I'm nervous."

Beastboy smiled. "Don't be." His smile showed me I really didn't need to be nervous. He grasp my hand and brought it up to the door and we knocked on the door together.

At first, it seemed like no one was home. I was about to say 'We should go,' when handle jiggled and the door slowly opened.

"Hi there." Said the man I've been wanting to meet for the longest time.

"Uh.." I suddenly couldn't speak.

Beastboy leaned down and whispered in my ear. "Don't be nervous. You're Raven. You're amazing."

I smiled. "Hi, Mr. Cipes. I'm a huge fan and-"

"Please, call me Greg. And thank you, come in, come in." Greg stepped aside to let's in. His house looked amazing.
