Dracos father didn't find out until she wasn't his daughter, the day she started speaking.
It was English, but she carried her father's thick french accent, the only this she inherited from him, as well as his eyes.
When he found out, Lucius was livid. He abused Silver, leaving her for Draco to look after her, while he began abusing his wife about cheating.
