~ Part 21 ~

Today was the day before the day Alpha Nicholas and his warriors would come. Namjoon had asked Jenny and her mother to stay in the pack building. Jenny and Rose had been joining the pack to train her defense skill so she could protect herself when the day came.

Rose was lying near a small river in the woods after her training session with JK, Jungkook's wolf. 

I never knew the youngest could be that stern when on training, damn. Jenny laughed inside Rose's mind.

Yes! I wanted to attack him but he's stronger so I backed out my plan. Rose huffed, remembering how strong JK was whenever she wanted to attack him.

Foot step were heard from behind, Rose lifted her head and looked at her back. Jin walked out of the trees towards Rose. Seeing it was Jin, Rose's tail was wiggling back and forth in happiness.

Finished your training already? Rose asked Jin as the big black wolf sat beside her and put his head on Rose's belly.

Jin let out a huff. Yeah, JK and RM being kinda extra today because tomorrow is the day. Are you ready?

Rose closed her eyes, feeling anxious and nervous for herself and her mate. Sensing the stress from the female wolf, Jin moved his head closer to Rose's and snuggled his snout on her neck. Don't stress too much, Rose.

I'm nervous, Jin. If Namjoon's plan didn't work—

Shh.. Namjoon is a genius man, just trust him. Jin said, trying to calm his mate's nerve.

Rose nodded her head. Let's go back, I'm hungry.

Today was the day. Jenny could feel her plams were sweating, she was nervous beyond believe. Her mate and her safety were in the brink of danger.

"LOOK WHO'S FINALLY ARRIVED!" Alpha Nicholas cockily said out loud when he saw Namjoon and his pack finally arrived at the clearing. Tom and his Delta, Lucas were beside him.

Namjoon nodded his head to the older Alpha, "Alpha Nicholas," Seokjin and Jungkook stood next to him. Jenny and the girls stood in the middle of the warrior crowd. The warriors were on their wolf form, including Jimin, Taehyung, Hoseok, and Yoongi who were guarding the girls.

Alpha Nicholas let out a scoff, "Why are your warriors in their wolf forms? Are you afraid of me? Haha!" He laughed, he felt so powerful and overconfident. Namjoon shook his head, "No. It's my land, and basically an intruder just came by declaring they wanted to hurt one of my pack members, so I have to be careful."

"Did you just call me an intruder?! YOUR BETA IS THE ONE WHO BROKE THE RULE!" Alpha Nicholas' eyes turned red, his wolf was pushing to come out.

Namjoon shook his head, smiling "Calm down, there. I have something to show you." He looked at Seokjin on his right, asking him to call for his mate to move forward. Seokjin was hesitantly at first but then he nodded.

"Jenny! Please come forward." Namjoon called. Hearing her name, Jenny let out of a shaky breath.

You can do this, Jenny. I will help you when needed. Rose said inside Jenny's head, trying to calm both her and her human's nerves. 

Jenny walked through the crown and stood next to Seokjin, holding his hand.

Alpha Nicholas scoffed, "Ah, finally the human is here!"
