*sorry about my last chapter! It was so short! I'll try to improve on the sizes of my chapters, but I'm just a beginner! Thanks for 16 reads already:) I'll hopefully be making this a longer book than my others I have written before ! Thanks so much and please vote for this book!*

I walked to my first class which was room 119 in the 2nd level of the school. It was like a maze. They should sell maps here, like geez.

I looked to the left and saw a tall girl with brown hair. She was wearing a crop top, high waisted shorts, and those stupid buskin stock shoes that look very painful to wear on her feet.

"Hi. Do you know here room 119 is?" I shyly asked her. "Right over there..." She answered. It sounded like she was half asleep.

"Are you a meditation instructor or something?! You sound like your exhausted." I tried to make a joke. "Yah! I actually am. I got a degree in it. Check my desk." She said with a small yawn at the end.

"But how can you get a degree when your at such a young age?" I asked.

"It's called a joke." She laughed at me. "Hey, stop laughing at me! Who do you think you are!" I stood up for myself with 50% confidence. The other 50% was crying inside and hoping for the best.

"Geez, sorry if I upset you man. I think you need to relax... I'm Mose! Call me Mozy." She spit in her hand and held it out expecting me to shake it.

"I'm sorry. I'm not gonna shake that." I almost puked in my mouth.

"Dude!!" A voice called from behind me. It was jack! My eyes opened wide, and my smile showed bright. "How are ya likin highschool baud!" He patted me in the back.

"I don't think he likes it." Mose jumped in the conversation.

"Whoah!" Jack winked at her. Mose rolled her eyes and crossed her arms. "I see your not the type who flirts people, eh?" He chewed his gum like he thought he was cool. "Um. No. Your gross."

"So Jack! I see you have made some new friends yourself!" I looked at the two girls beside him.

To

"Yeah! This is Veronica, and this is Jessica. What babes eh?" He put his arms around them like he was dating them both at one time.

"Your so full of yourself." Mose rolled her eyes again.

"Hey. You can join us if you'd like. You'd fit in just perfect." He winked at her.

Mose pulled out her fist to his face. "Mose don't!" I stopped her. "I almost had it." She whispered to herself.

"We'll, I have a class to go, and you probably do to. See ya around Jack and you girls." I forgot their names instantly because they meant nothing to me. "Hey! Can I come with you?" Mose followed me.

"Don't you have a class to get to though?" I asked her. "No, I'm in my free time block." She said shyly.

"Free time block? I didn't think that existed." I laughed.

"We'll. I have... A knee problem. It's my ...."

"Body break?" I interrupted.

"Yah, please don't tell anyone. Okay?" She made a big deal.

"Why is it such a secret?!" I asked.

"Because I really want to play on the basket ball team, but injuries aren't excepted. If anyone knows about my injury I can't try out, and basket ball is my life! Please don't say a word to anyone. Please I'm begging you!" She cried.

"I promise, I won't." I put my hands up like I was getting arrested or something.

"Can we just go to your class now? Pretend I never told you that."

I can't believe how much she wants to be on that team. I would never be that upset about a sport tryout. But if I hurt my leg & football tryouts were the week after, I guess I wouldn't want the coach knowing about my injury either.

I walked to my classroom with Mose, and I took a seat in a random spot. Mose sat beside me. I set my binder down on the desk, and pulled out my red pen. "History!" A lady came zooming into the classroom with glee.

"Goodmorning class!" She spoke. "Welcome to grade nine! Are you excited?" Not a word was heard in reply. "Well than. I guess I have to play hardcore. "IF YOU DONT REPLY TO MY SPEECHES, YOU WILL SIT OUT! GOT IT?" She screamed. "Got it!" Everyone including me replied.

This is going to be a long day.....
