I woke up the nest morning with a huge load of stress. How could I make and lose 2 friends in less than 24 hours?? Ugh, I'm a loser.

"Hey Shawn, can I borrow your football hoodie?" Alicia came barging in my room.

"No! Why would I let anyone touch my sweater that represents my accomplishments !" I yelled.

Alicia gave me an evil stare and marched out of the room. I guess wearing boy clothing is in style now.

Anyways, I stripped my blue boxers off and grabbed some clean clothes. Now and days, boys don't really care about their appearance, so I just grabbed an old T-shirt and put on some black gym shorts.

"Shawn, can you make your bed?" My mom walked past my room giving me no eye contact but talking directly to me.

"Okay." I pulled my blue Toronto Maple Leaf blanket over my bed and fixed my pillows. Even though football was my sport, I enjoyed hockey the same way. I played hockey during the winter season and throughout the whole spring season also. Than football comes in the summer, and ends after Halloween. I can't pick between the two sports, became I love them both.

I ran down stairs and packed my under armour school bag with loads of textbooks and loose papers.

"Can I please use your hoodie?" Alicia begged.

"No!" I zipped up my bag ignoring her question but already knowing the answer to it.

Alicia crossed her arms and growled. "What's this?" She ripped my short Novel out of my hands and waved it in front of my face. "Hey! Give that back!" I hollered. "Scoopers road?" She read the front. "Learn how to read! It's scooters ride!" I snatched the book back from her hands, and placed it safely into my bag.

I finally arrived at the school and put my stuff in my locker. A brown haired girl caught my attention.

"Mose!" I shouted, and tapped her on the back. The girl turned around and was not Mose. My face immediately turned red. "Whoops! Wrong person!" I tip toed away with awkwardness.

I looked around the hallways looking for Mose but I couldn't find her anywhere.

"Drake!" I ran to him with relief. "Have you seen Mose anywhere?" I asked the question like I needed an answer.

"No I haven't." That's all his feedback was.

I rolled my eyes and ran down several different hallways, and I still couldn't find her.

"Ouch! Help!" Hazels voice called from behind me.

I turned around and saw her lying on the ground in pain. "Hazel!!" I ran over not thinking how rude of a person she actually is.

In the corner of my eye, I could see Amanda with an open water bottle in her hand facing the floor.

Before I could notice what she was duo it was too late. Amanda poured the water in front of Hazel on the floor....

I slipped on the water and my head smashed against the hard tile flooring, and all I could see was black.

They tricked me.

I got hurt.

Really hurt.

For a second, I thought I was dead. I couldn't feel a bone in my body.

"Your gonna be alright." I woke up to a nurse rubbing my back. "Oh my gosh!" My nerves reacted fast. "It's okay Shawn! You slipped, and just got a little bit of an injury. No need to worry."

The nurse stuck a needle in my arm.

"Where am I?" I looked around with fear in my eyes.

"Your at the Doctors office."

"Where?!?!"

"In the school. Your gonna be okay, just relax."

I looked around the room with worry. "Let me out of here!!!" I screamed and tried to escape the room, but the nurses held me back.

"HELP! LET ME OUT OF HERE!' I screamed at the top of my lungs.

I had no clue where I was, what I was doing, and what happened.

"Hand me the wet towel." The one nurse held me down.

Suddenly she punched a white wet cloth on my mouth. I started to feel very sleepy.
