"Hey! Sole!" A familiar voice echoes throughout the room. I set my medical supplies down and I walk to where the voice comes from.

Nico di Angelo places his hand on my shoulder, panting and grasping for air. "Sole." He says between sighs. "I told you to stop calling me that." I say, laughing at him. I make him face my direction as I stare down at him. "What is it?" He continues to stare up at me, looking lost. "Nico?" I ask, waving a hand at his face. He seems tired. Not like himself.

"Hmm.." I wonder, studying Nico while I place my hand on his shoulder, trying to steady him and prevent him from falling. I suddenly figure out that he's very tired. Probably spent his time overworking himself at Camp. I lead him to the nearest bed here in the infirmary and set him down.

Once he sat down, he started speaking. "Sole.. I don't wanna sleep." Exhaustion was heard through his voice. "Come on, di Angelo. You need to rest." I gently push him down but he forcefully pushes me away. "di Angelo! You have to rest right now, Doctor's Orders." I tell him with my arms crossed as he lets out a frustrated groan. "No.. Sole! I don't want to."

I sit next to him, looking at him with concern. "Hey, what's wrong?" He leans his head on my shoulder. I flinch a bit. This is new.. I wouldn't expect such a person to do this but I really can't complain. "It's just.. That certain feeling is crippling back. That I.." He hesitates, looking out. "That I don't belong here."

"Hey! Don't say that! You belong here, okay? We're your family. We accept you, We lo-" I take a moment to breathe. I almost said I loved him. I mean, that We loved him but technically, that's still.. Ugh! That was stupid.

"Sole? What was that?" He asks. "What were you trying to say?"

"Uh? N-Nothing." I immediately reply back. I look away from him to avoid him from seeing my face. I am seriously blushing. This is not okay.

"Are you sure, Sole? I'm sure I heard you starting to say something. Can I hear it please?"

"No. I mean.." I hesitate. Why do you have to do this to me, di Angelo? "Stop being such a.. such a cutie, di Angelo! It's not funny."

I look at him and notice that he was blushing. That's cute. Wait what? Stop it Solace. "Aww. I love you too, Sole."

Alternate Ending.

Everything was a mess. Chaos was present. And there I was, fighting off Monsters from every direction. Why don't they stop coming?

"We need a Medic here! Nico is badly injured!" Someone screamed from afar. Really? Now? I'm occupied! "S-Solace. Please." I heard Nico's whisper through my head. Am I hallucinating? How did I hear that?

"I can't right now. Monsters everywhere!" I scream back, slashing another monster by the chest. "Sole." Stop, Please! So many monsters!

After what seemed like hours of holding back monsters, a dracaenae managed to stab me in the back making me stumble. This is it, I thought. Monsters closed in on me as my vision blurred.

"Remember me," The last voice I hear, "Sole."

"He's.. He's dead!" Kayla let out a loud cry.

"Solace! No! Please, Stay with me!" Nico sobbed, hugging the corpse. Kayla walks up to Nico and hugs him tightly, slightly trying to pull him away. "Its- It's okay, Nico."

"It's not okay-" Nico cries, pushing Kayla away. "Solace, can you hear me?"

"Remember me," He muttered into Solace's shirt, still crying. "Sole."
