11: Out with Gavin

I laid in my bed staring up at the ceiling with Frank sleeping on my belly.
I've been in my bed for the past week waiting for my life to end. Tho I knew it would take years.

I lost my first love and my best friend.

I didn't want to go to school anymore. Home schooling sounds like a good idea when you think about it

Then there was a knock on my door. I turned towards it and saw my mom poke her head into the room smiling.

"Er...Piper? Someone's hear to see you." She said.

"God?" I sat up hopefully with Frank falling off.

"No. " She giggled. "Just come see."

She closed the door. I groaned quietly and turned to Frank who tilted his head at me.
Dogs are so cute when they do that.

I threw off my covers and got out of my bed.

My hair was wild and messy. And I wore my Mininie mouse pyjamas top and my black leggings and bedroom slippers.

And I walked lazily out off the room.  I got to the living room and I one glance at my visitor was enough snap me out.
The air got stuck in my lungs.
"G-Gavin?" I was surprised that I could say his name despite my shocked mind.

He smiled at me and stood up. "Hey Piper."

"Er...w-what are you doing here?" I stuttered. Oh my God I'm stuttering. This is so embarrassing.

"I am taking you out." He replied.

I stood there motionless for a minute consuming what he just said. "Wait. Do what now?" I asked blinking.

Gavin laughed at how silly I was now.

"I'm taking you out. Just you and me that is if it's okay with you Mrs.Rockelle." he said as my mom brought him chocolate cookies.

"Oh sure." Mom replied. "It would be great if Piper went out for air. Your name?"

"It's Gavin. Gavin Magnus."

"Oh. So you're that Gavin. " Mom said giving me teasing gestures with her eyes.

"Go put on something cute dear."

I came out later wearing a white skirt and a black and white shirt. I did my hair. It was glossy and shiny and it fell on my back.

I saw Gavin gape. He was staring at me as I walked to him.
"You look amazing."

"Thanks." I said.

"Ready?" Gavin brought out his hand. I looked at his hand that at him. He was smiling. He really wanted me to go out with him.
It's just a friendly outing. Remember he's dating Velen.

I smiled back and took his hand.
"Yeah" I replied.

"Leggo"

And he lead me out of the apartment.

We went to so many places. We went to the mall where we shopped for shoes, mostly Puma and Nike shoes.

Then for the dresses, I picked out Gavin's clothes and he picked out mine.
"C'mon. I wanna see." I cried. I sat outside the changing room waiting for Gavin.
Gavin came out wearing a blue black long sleeved shirt and white ripped jeans.

I swear he was so hot!!!
"Omg. You look awesome!"
And I pulled out my phone.
"C'mon pose. This is going on Instagram."

We watched movies and had pizza together.

We went to the Arcade.
We played motor racing and all sorts of games.

"Can you dance?" Gavin asked.

"You're talking to the Queen of Dance here. I'll crush you." I challenged him.

"Oh really. I guess you haven't seen my moves yet." He replied taking off his Jean jacket.

"Okay let's bet. The loser has to give the winner a piggy back."

"Deal."

We both got on the dance pads.
The music started.
"Player 1 ready?" The machine asked. "Player 2 ready?"
"DANCE!!!"

And we had a dance off to the song Sucker by the Jonas Brothers.

We danced and danced and I finally won.

And Gavin gave me a piggy back ride to the pier.

"Wow you're heavy." He huffed.
I gasped.
"Just kidding"
