At last, the day comes when the self-proclaimed innocence of a monster is tested. What was supposed to be a normal Tuesday morning will turn into one of the most speculated case trials ever. So, each court has its own timetable. Here's what's written on the Seoul one.

However, on the other hand, this would make way for thousands of journalists and paparazzi surrounding the court premises just to know the status of the case Jeong-sae'sfamily's involved in. This case has become so popular to the extent that one newspaper coined the case as the "Case of the Millennium" since this would Involve the presence of South Korea's largest conglomerate to date.
By the way, before we continue I would like to explain why this is a custody case. Since Ahn Jeong-sae (안정새) is already of legal age, she has the right to choose who to go with. However, since both parties desire to grab the custodial right, she decides to make the selection legal thus this becomes the most popular case of the Koreans.
Now, at approximately 11:05AM the courtroom is open for access. Moments later, it was revealed that Attorney Park Eun-hyun (박은현) shall serve as the attorney of the maternal side while Attorney Kim Tae-song (김태송) shall defend the paternal side. Ahn Jeong-sae (안정새) shall serve as a witness.
The first trial lasted for about 3 hours and 5 minutes. This included the presentation of the preliminary evidence. This included the banknotes being kept by Seul-hyunthat went into her account from Kyung-min's party. The order of transactions are as follows:

Just after being presented with this receipt, the Judge has become suspicious of Kyung-min. The prosecutor calls for the presence of Seul-hyun. He asks the latter who was responsible for the ginormous transfer of credit to her own bank account. Fortunately, she has prepared for this. She presented what seems to be a certified bank certificate that states that all of the transferred credit has originated from a single account. This account appears to be entitled to the Ahn Group of Companies. Afterwards, she stated that it was Kyung-minwho masterminded all of this. In an attempt to defend himself, Kyung-min orders his attorney to accuse Seul-hyun of both libel and insufficient evidence charges. Meanwhile, the courtroom turns into a place of havoc while an intense argument between the two parties takes place. Because of this, the presiding judge decides to end the primary session.
Now, both parties struggle to gather much more evidence that hopefully be enough to defend themselves. Before we proceed, Kim Seul-hyun (김슬현) has been known to have incredibly helpful intelligence of this world. Fortunately, she has graduated top of her class in College of Law so you'll expect that she knows what she's doing and by the way, I think we know from whom Jeong-sae has inherited all of her intellectual abilities. Now, she prepares to show the jury and the judge a birth certificate of Jeong-sae in the event that the prosecutor questions the maternity of the latter.
