ariaty's pov.

I stared at Luke for a bit the looked away. "lets go down stairs I'm hungry then get ready for school." I said as my tummy started to growl. All Luke did was laugh with a smile.

"Sure let's go aria!" he said getting up as did I and we started walking down stairs. I started making pancakes, bacon, and eggs for both of us and sat down to eat.

"mmmm these are the best pancakes and bacon I've ever had!" luke started chowing down his food and I started laughing," Why thank you mister piggy." giggling as he playfully glare.

We both got ready for school and left in luke's car. After he found a spot to park we both got out making our way into the school. People started to stare at us and whispers started. I made some distance from Luke as we walked with my head down looking away.

All Luke did was frown and look a bit hurt as I did so. I couldn't take his hurt look so I just ran into the school through the halls to my locker. when I got there I was slammed against it my the one and only Alec Gross the most popular jock in the whole school and his fellow jock buddy.

(shit just what I needed..) "Oh looky what we have her its the little fag." he said looking down at me with his green eyes with a smirk on his face. "W-what do you want A-alec c-cant you leave me alone for once?" I shuttered hidding my eyes with my bangs.

"We're here to have some fun you ugly ass faggot!" after he said the his buddys took a hold of both my arms and he started to throw punchs, kicks over and over again. I tryed my best not to cry or scream then with a last kick to the stomach and a slam to my locker they left laughing there way to class. I started coughing up blood filled with pain I slowly got up got my things and tryed my best not to limp my way there.

The bell soon rang and I was a minute late to class walking inside class. "Ms. Olson my I ask why on... oh my lord are you alright dear?" Mr. Michael said after he looked up. which caused everyone to look up as well and even Luke to look up from his sheer.

" I'm fine don't worry sir." I tryed my best not to limp hiding my face and sat all the way at the back next to Luke without him looking at my face. "Ariaty what happen to you when we got here? Where were you and why are you covering your face are you ok?!!! Luke asked trying get a look at me.

"nothing ok like I said don't worry about it.. And why are you still sitting next to me?" I whispered I hid my face even more. "what do you mean please look at me aria!" he begged. "remember I'm the most hated person here and fine." I said and finally looked at him.

He gasped ,"Oh my god aria what happened who did this to you!?" he looked at my bruised up face and touched my cheek which caused me to flinch in pain a little. "Its nothing I fell down the stairs don't worry ok and please keep it down I don't want these people to hear and hate you because of me." I whispered looking away. When the bell rang I got up and left quickly leaving Luke behind without a word..
