Club Lopunny

You sat back in your chair surprised. "Damn. This guy's good," you thought to yourself. Meanwhile, Giovanni walks to the other side of his desk and sits in the grand, office chair. You look at him expectantly. He grins and presses a button that begins to raise a computer monitor out of the desk. He begins typing.

Gio: "So, Maisie, what are your thoughts?"
"...um...I'm...I'm really not sure. What would I have to do exactly?"
"Well, I do have many job opportunities available here, but I see you best suited in Club Lopunny."

You raise a brow.

Gio: "Ah, I should explain. With your fierce attitude and young looks, you would be an excellent dancer at Club Lopunny. There are other clubs down here, but this one is a good start for a new girl."
"Oh, ha, yeah I can't dance."
"I assure you. You can. It is a different type of dancing and you will pick up on it fast."
"Oh well-"
"So," He stands abruptly and extends a hand. "Welcome to Underdome."

You didn't exactly know what you were getting yourself into, but something made you shake Giovanni's hand. It's official. You're a "dancer" at Club Lopunny. Now what?

Gio: "Lovrina? Please give our newest dancer a tour of her new workplace would you?"

Lovrina came out of one of the dark areas of the room. Her pink pigtails were swaying with each step. "Did she get the job too?" You questioned yourself in your thoughts.

Lo: "Anything for you, Master G 🖤."

Your eyebrow was sure to rise right off your forehead by how confused you were.

Lo: "Right this way, Maisie." She held out an arm gesturing you to enter the elevator first.

Giovanni continued typing without saying anything more to you. You remained silent until the elevator doors shut completely. You turned to Lovrina and yelled, "What the fuck is going on here?!?"
Lo: "Calm down, would ya? That Plumeria chick like needed someone to make sure you made it to the interview, so Giovanni sent me."
"How did you get passed Hala?"
"Oh please, he so didn't expect a thing. I told him I was your cousin or something."
"...Whatever. Just...what is all this exactly? Like is this really some other gang that I've been forced into? And what is your title exactly?! The whole 'Master G' thing. Blink twice if you're being held hostage."

You got in front of her and stared at her face. She pushed you out of the elevator and said, "Back off! You so don't have a clue what kind of opportunity you were just given. You don't have to be here. The exit elevator is back that way, but if you think you can really find a job that pays enough for you to leave smelly Hala's lame place, by all means, leave. As for what I am to Giovanni, that's none of your business."

She crossed her arms, closed her eyes, and stuck her nose up as she awaited your response/next move. You contemplated leaving. This all didn't seem right. It was also tinged with a "too good to be true" aura.

"How much?"
Lo: "How much what?"
"How much money can I really make at that club?"
"Enough to move out of the dojo and live comfortably."
"Fine. Lead the way, please."
"Good choice."

Lovrina lead the way down the neon streets of Underdome. You were still in shock that the place even existed with such seclusion and mystery. Do the island kahunas know about this? There were many questions.

Lo: "We are here!"

You looked up at the animated, neon sign of a Lopunny spilling alcoholic drinks on a tray and winking. Lovrina motioned with an annoyed look for you to snap out of it and enter the building already.

The inside was just as dark and bright with neon lights as the outside. There were men and women passed out on booths with alcohol-soaked attire and soggy pokens in their grips. The waitresses looked unbothered as they collected piles of beer bottles and shot glasses from what you assumed was a busy night before. On stage you could see that there were still a few girls dressed as suggestive Pokémon that were dancing for the customers sitting front row. They clearly pulled an all nighter now that it was becoming sunrise above the Underdome.
