Setting the Trap

Marco's P.O.V

"I'm so sorry about this, Mikasa, but I have to."

I ran off to find Eren, it was a few hours before he planned on confessing. I ran around for a little bit trying to find Eren, eventually I found him hanging out with Armin, when he saw me walking towards him, he saw me and waved me over. I smiled and walked over to them, "Whats up, guys?" I asked, with a smile, "Wheres Mikasa at?" I pretended to notice, "Isn't she usually with you?"

The two males looked at each other and Eren looked back at me, "I guess I didn't notice she was gone..."

"I knew something was wrong..." Armin mumbled, "Maybe we should go look for her."

"Yeah!" Eren stood, but then faltered, "b-but I'm supposed to confess to (y/n) soon.."

I opened my mouth to say something, but Armin beat me to it, "Damnit Eren, where's (y/n) at? She's right over there, talking to Jean and Hanji. Where's Mikasa at? Hmm? WE DONT KNOW! We need to go find her NOW."

Eren gulped, this was a side of Armin that nobody had seen before. The emerald eyed male nodded, "You're right."

"lets see if Jean will help us.." I said, pointing out the fact that he was walking over. Hanji and (Y/N) we're walking away.

"Jean! Have you seen Mikasa!"

"No, why?" He asked, as if a missing person wasn't a big deal.

"None of us have seen her, Eren's getting really nervous. That's why he asked you if you knew where she was at." I stated trying my best 'I Have No Idea Whats Going On' face. Jean bought it. Idiot. I then changed my voice to sound slightly desperate, "Will you help us find her? Please?"

"Yeah, sure...why not?" Jean walked over to Eren and Armin.

"Where should we look for her?" Armin looked at me and Jean.

"We should split up," I replied, "we can cover more ground that way."

"...Yeah," Eren added, "I'll go with Armin, You and Jean can go togethe-"

"No!" I spoke way to quickly, cutting him off, "I mean..Jean should go with Armin and you with me. I think that would be best...because..." I thought frantically, needing a reason for Eren to go with me instead of his best friend.

"Because we need to find someone," Jean saved me," If we go with our best friends then we will be more inclined to talk and take a stroll with our friends than find Mikasa."
"Yeah, that's what I was thinking, I just couldn't...form the sentence."

"What!? You think I'm going to be more interested in talking to Armin than finding my sister!"

"Eren, that's not what I said, I just...Eren, please?"

"Fine!" The emraled eyed male huffed as Jean's golden ones turned to me in concern.

"Are you sure you want to deal with this suicidal idiot?" He asked me, concern and mockery both in his voice.

"Yeah. Yeah. Lets just...Lets just go look for her already." I said, "Me and Eren will check near the wooded area over there. You two go that way, okay?" Armin nodded and Eren shuffled around like an impatient little kid.

"Jesus Eren, if you have to pee, go do it." Jean said before turning his attention back to me. "I got you Marco."

Eventually Jean and Armin went to go find Mikasa leaving me and Eren to do the same.

TIME SKIP BECAUSE I WANT TO HURRY UP AND PUBLISH THIS

Eren and I went into the woods and the two of us wondered around for a little while until I knocked him out. I was a little worried at first, harming a titan-shifter and all, but apparently it doesn't matter unless they hurt themselves. I tied Eren up and decided to hide out until tomorrow, when the fun really begins.
