Hiccup the Nightfury (combined chapters version)

Part 7

Dragon Training
   Upon their arrival to the camp, they saw the Twins and Snotlout in a three way free for all and Gothi and Fishlegs in a deep conversation. When she noticed them, Gothi called everyone to attention, "So you finally decided to show up. Now we can get started. Get in a line with your weapons and prepare for training."

   Gothi then shifted into her Arcaniss form and rushed at them. They dodged out of the way and ran around her. "I'm getting flashbacks from Gobber's training, and that's not a good thing." Fishlegs said. Gothi smirked and rushed at him causing him to yelp in fear. She then backed away and shifted into a Razorwhip. She charged at Astrid and then shifted to a Changewing and turned invisible.

   Toothless shot echolocation blasts at random places and one of them his her prompting her to shift to a Windwalker. She then flew circles around them and landed in the center of them and shifted into her mid 20s human form.

   "Now you have seen all five of my forms. Mildew's forms are the following. Human, Arcaniss, Skrill, Changewing, and single headed Deadly Shadow. I will teach you how to fight the forms I share with him. For the other two, you are on your own. We will start with human."

The Human Should Probably be Very Fragile, or Maybe Not
"Let us begin by saying that there are several ridiculously easy ways to kill a human. Afterwards there are several delicious ways to cook and eat a human." Gothi said casually. The humans, both cursed and uncursed paled at that. "You wouldn't eat us, would you?" Asked Hiccup. "You definitely not. But the beefy one and the chubby one? Maybe." Snotlout and Fishlegs both became paler.

   Gothi smirked and laughed. "Just kidding, about some of it. Humans are ridiculously easy to kill and they taste quite good when properly cooked. But enough of that. As you know, Mildew is not a normal human. Therefore his human form will not be as easy to kill but shouldn't be a problem. Just kill his human forms with fire or some other harmful thing. Nevertheless, I must train you to fight humans."  She then takes a step back and holds her staff in a fighting position. "Shall we begin?"

   Astrid acts first and takes to the sky and lets out a stream of fire at Gothi. Gothi rapidly spins her staff as the fire approaches her. The fire changes direction and shoots up at Astrid. She lets out a squak of alarm and dodges and fires another torch of fire which Gothi again deflects. The fire hits Astrid and she retreats to the ground.

   What was that? "Like I said, we are not normal humans. Also, these staffs aren't normal either. Mine can deflect any attack and his can create a shield and shoot lightning." Everyone nods. "I thought she said the human was the easy one." Said a fearful Snotlout. "Yes, I did. I wasn't lying. Did you think this fight was going to be easy? It will not be. If it was easy, I would have killed him already.

   "You will need to think outside the box for this to work. For now, consider this to have been your first training session. We will meet back here tomorrow. Remember to never underestimate your opponent, especially if they tell you to.
