Chapter 1: Intro

My name is Samantha but people call me Sam I not your typical girly girl i love sports,But the only other thing i love more is one of my football teammates his name is Hayes Grier.

Now I don't usually get all giggles and smiles around boys but hayes is no ordinary boy he's so funny,he's athletic, and he knows how to make a girl smile.

( Samantha realized she was daydreaming about Hayes in social studies )

Sam's POV

"Sam.....Sam?" Hayes said shaking my arms.

"What? Where am I?"

"You in social studies, 5th period, It's hayes"

" oh...wait 5th period!? We have practice like right now. What are you waiting for let's go."

Hayes's POV

"I'll be right there" I said.

I really like sam but i don't know how to tell her it seems like she only likes me as teammate.I think i'm going to tell her how I feel today maybe after practice. She's just so perfect with her big brown eyes and beautiful silk-like brown hair.

( after football practice )

" Hey #6 you were great out there"

I always call sam by her number when were at practice.

"Your not bad yourself #7, not bad"

Sam said. Everything about her is perfect even the way she talks.

Sam's POV

OMG I like him so much but he only thinks of me as a teammate that's great but I really want him to be my boyfriend...So bad

Hayes POV

I think today is the day I'm gonna tell her I like her I hope she doesn't think that I'm a complete loser.
"Hi hayes really good practice you are amazing and so gorgeous"
"Um thanks Callie"
"So I'm having a birthday dinner on Friday you want to come?"
"I don't think so that's May 15 it's
Sam's birthday that day.Sorry"
Callie is this crazy girl who is obsessed with me and half of the football team she always comes to our practices and games she's like a groupie.
"What is with you and Sam like seriously you should come to my party you like me better"
"Sam is my best friend I like her better I'm sorry Callie"

Sam POV

I hate when hayes talks to Callie she likes him alot and she's really pretty and I don't think I can compete with her.
"Hi Callie"
"Ewwww don't talk to me"
Hayes and I just start laughing
"Classic mean girl"
"Haha tell me about it"
**Awkward silence**
"So hayes I was wondering if you want to come to my birthday party on Friday it's okay if you are going to Callie's birthday my party is probably gonna be lame any ways"
"Your party?, I wouldn't miss it for the world"
"Haha thanks see you tomorrow at practice remember 5 O'clock"
"I'll be there"
