118lb

I really need to add stickers to my planner. Its nakedness needs to come to an end. So, I'm going to change my requirements:

ADD A STICKER TO PLANNER IF I:

think I had a good mealate no snacks or sugar that daydidn't eat past 7ate below 1300drank 3+ bottles of water

I won't punish myself if I mess up, though. If I do, I'll probably think "f*ck this" and eat more than I need.

Breakfast:
1 bottle of water (0)
Breakfast Total: 0

I woke up late and didn't have enough time to eat breakfast before going to school. I'm going to try to not pig out at lunch though, because after school, I'm going to have ice-cream! The boy's basketball coach came to yesterday's RH soccer game and told us that if we won, we would get ice-cream. Since we did, we're getting ice-cream! There's a game tomorrow so we're not having an actual practice day today. Instead, we're taking ice baths. Hopefully I can stay under 1300 today.

Mini-Goal: I want to be 115lb before prom. I honestly think I'm just bloated with all the excess salt and sugar I've been consuming lately.

Lunch:
Loaded chicken nachos (chicken and cheese) (515)
1/2 cup Mexican pinto beans (80)
Lettuce (5)
Lunch Total: 600

Snack:
1 slice ice cream cake (250)
Snack Total: 250

After "practice" was over, my best friend and I went to her old soccer friend's new team play. Her friend's team destroyed the other team, 8-0! It was awesome. Then we went to Chick-fil-a:

Dinner:
4 chicken tenders (470)
Small fries (280)
Dinner Total: 750

Then we went to our school's play :)

To be honest, even though I was over by 300, my stomach was growling most of the day. I think it's because I wasn't eating healthy food. As my best friend would always say: "Step it up. Do better next time." I don't feel bad about today, though. I had fun!

Total Calories: 1600
Over: 300
