"I can't sleep." I whispered while watching the ceiling of my room.

I opened the lights and decided to watch a movie.

Chilly room, Television in front, and comfortable bed.

Hmm? What else am I missing? Oh, Right. The food.

I slowly closed the door of my room and sneaking my way into the kitchen.

Opened the refrigerator and saw chocolates. No second thoughts and I grabbed it.

"Why are you still awake?" I was startled with that deep manly voice behind me.

It was the one and only Mr. Aga "Prankster" Muhlach. I can see that his face was really exhausted.

When I recognized him my mind felt at ease. "Dad!"I exclaimed.

"Chocolates huh?" He asked me while laughing.

I immediately hid the chocolates behind my back.

"No, I'm just here for a glass of milk." I excused and started to look for the milk.

"We already ran out of milk." Daddy uttered and yep, I'm busted. Totally busted.

"Fine, You got me." I rolled my eyes as I surrender.

"Too much chocolates is bad for you, My dearest daughter." He sat in a chair and sighed.

"Dad, Ngayon lang 'to!" Pagmamatigas ko.

"Kahit na." He insisted. I'm not a daughter of a businessman if I can't have a great deal.

"Can I have three?" I smiled so sweetly.

"Sure, You can have one." I immediately pout while he laughed at my reaction.

"Dad, I said three!"

"One."

"Two!"

"Alright, Princess. Deal." Nakulitan na rin siya sa'kin.

"Thank you, Daddy." I hugged him so tightly.

"You're tired and I can't do anything to erase that tiredness of yours." I sadly said to him while still in his arms.

"You already did." He uttered and looked at me.

He hold my cheeks and said. "Hug lang ng baby ko ang nakakapagpaalis ng pagod ni Daddy." I smiled hearing those words from him.

"Sleep na after ng isang movie, Okay?" He smiled at me and ready to rest upstairs.

"Okay, after three movies." Pangungulit ko at binigyan niya lamang ako ng hindi makapaniwalang tingin.

I laughed at his response. "You can't blame me, I inherited it from you. You're so kulit din kaya." I uttered and he just smiled.

He slowly went upstairs and I sighed.

How does it feel having a Mother beside you?

I thought while putting one chocolate back at the fridge.

I went back to my room and finished the three movies. My eyes became tired and I finally got a chance to rest.

"Wake up, Sweetie." Mommy greeted me as I open my eyes.

Seeing her all dressed up with her black one shoulder dress. I wouldn't be surprised if she's not single anymore after the concert.

Yep, You read that right. She's super single and ready to mingle but her work is always the hindrance.
