Biglang tumawag si Cathy at Zayn through video call.

Agad kong pinunasan ang mga luha ko.

"Cassandra!" Cathy greeted with full excitement.

I simply smiled at them.

"Hi! Again, Sorry nga pala kanina. I didn't mean to be cold or harsh. I'm really sorry." I apologized.

"Okay lang 'yun. We're just humans. Wait- Your eyes are red. Are you crying?" Zayn asked me.

"No, I'm not. I'm just tired. Good night gang!" I excused myself.

"Wait Cas. Sa Saturday na ang birthday mo. Where should we go?" Cathy asked me.

I'm overwhelmed, they remembered.

"Y-You remembered?" I asked and smiled shortly.

Naalala kong may plano na si Ms. Lea sa Saturday.

"Of course, silly. How can we not forget?" Zayn said and laughed.

"We have plans na sa Saturday. How about Friday afternoon? Just the three of us?" I requested and they agreed.

Natulog na rin ako after the video call.

The days passed by so fast and it's Friday already.

I get ready for school and went downstairs.

I was confused when an only plate for me was there at the dining table.

I shrugged my shoulder and just eat my breakfast.

I was checking my phone when Daddy and Tita slowly approached me.

Dad was holding a cute birthday cake with a number 17 candles in it.

Tita was holding two gifts and the two of them sing me a Happy Birthday.

"Happy Seventeenth birthday, Cassandra!"

They both greeted me.

I hugged and kissed the both of them on their cheeks.

"Thank you." I told them.

Tita gave me her phone and I was suprise when I saw my Mamita or My Lola Anita.

"She wanted me to teach her how to answer a video call just for her to see your face and greet you on your special day." Mommy Anna informed me and I looked at Mamita.

"Hi, Mamita. I miss you!" I told her and I saw the smile in her face.

"Happy Seventeenth birthday, Selene." I giggled as I heard my second name.

"Selene."

She's the only valid person to call me Selene as I prefer my first name, Cassandra.

"I wish I could pay you a visit at your house there but I can't. Alam mo naman ang Mamita, Matanda na."

She must be old by her age but I tell you what, This lady right here can still party and still kicking.
