Cassandra's POV

My alarm clock near me was ringing.

I groaned and stretched.

Five o'clock in the morning as what the clock says.
I sat and having second thoughts if I should go to school today?

I realized that I took a half day last friday that's why I need a lot of catching up to do.

I took a deep sleep and yet I still feel exhausted.

Naalala ko na naman lahat ng nangyari kahapon.

The- The gifts of hers.

I know all of my Tita's gifts from me.

Kinuha ko ang lahat ng regalo ni Miss Lea Salonga at inilagay sa isang kahon.

That includes the necklace.

I got my marker from my studying table and write...

"Unwanted."

Sounds harsh? What she did to me was way more harsher than this.

After that I get ready for school and went downstairs to eat.

"Good morning, baby." Daddy greeted me and kissed me on my forehead as if nothing happens.

I fake smiled at him and kissed his and Tita's cheeks.

And without saying a word I sat down.

I've got my food; A little bit of rice and bacon.

"Are you okay? Diet ka ba? At bakit hindi mo suot ang necklace mo?" Mommy Anna asked me confusedly.

"I'm fine. Nakakawalang gana lang ngayong araw." I replied and shortly smiled.

I finished my food and excused myself.

"I'm done. Wait lang po ako sa car." I excused myself and went inside Tita's car.

I saw Lea Salonga's message this morning.

COACH LEA:
Good morning, Sweetie. Have a good day ahead! I love you so much.

I just turned off my phone so that no one can message me anymore.

I remembered my assignment.

I did it inside the car and minutes later Tita came na rin.

"Is that a homework?" Mommy asked me.

She hates seeing me doing my homeworks, Specially if it's late.

"Yes, I didn't finished it because of that bonding. What a waste of time." I replied coldly and on the whole ride I was just quiet.

I can see in my peripheral vision that she's just looking at me.

"Mommy, Eyes on the road." I reminded her.
