i didn't know if the text i was recovering from kelsey was a mistake and was meet for brandon or someone else since we clearly don't have feelings for each other, that's what i told myself after i saw the long text from kelsey. i ignored it and continued with my day at my new job like i would normally.
"zion two girls are here to see you" my co worked lacey said coming up from the front of the store, in the back of my mind i was wishing it wasn't tori and kelsey i wouldn't know what to say to kelsey after what she just told me
"uh i'm busy" i say and she nods walking out, i continued to do my 'busy' things until i heard the kitchen door swung open
"your kidding right" tori says taping my shoulder i turned around, i guess it was tori and kelsey
"what" i said and she shook her head
"the message, you left her on open zion, did you read it, do you even care" she asked millions of questions that honestly i can't even answer myself
"uh i'm at work" thinking of this would be my only excuse.
"your on lunch" she said and pointed down to the sub sandwich that sat in front of me, i looked down at her then back at my food
"tori i'm sorry-" she laughed
"zion just answer her no apology, do you like her or not simple" she said and i nodded picking up my phone
'i wish the feeling was mutual but i don't feel that same about you'
i hit send and set my phone done tori nodded and headed out saying by to lacey before leaving
'oh okay cool let's just be friends, it would be better any way'
i read the answer text and i knew that it was a mistake to even answer her but i sent a quick okay before going back to my normal jobs
-(skipping a day)
it was back to school for all of us and none of us were excited,
i picked up lacey and kelsey on the way to school, me and lacey were hitting it off quite well actually, she was really pretty as well
'brandon is picking me up don't bother getting me, see ya at school'
kelsey text read as i pulled out of my drive was i answered okay before heading towards lacey house.
"good morning" she smiled coming in to my car i smiled
"morning, how have you been" i asked as she shut the door and i started to drive off
"good actually i'm happy to be starting at this new school" she said lacey didn't really go deep in to her experience in her old school but the way she talks about it makes me believe it was awful
"how was your old school" i asked turning the corner
"uh bad" she said and looked out the foggy window, i nodded i guess she didn't wanna get in to the conversation and honestly i understood that.

i walked in to lunch and sat down at the normal spot
'tori and i went to the library'
nicks text said meaning they went to his car and are doing it as we are speaking
"hey z" lacey says sitting next to me
"hey how were you classes" i asked and she smiled
"good i meet a new friend name kelsey and her boyfriend brandon" she smiled sitting next to me i almost choked on the chocolate milk i just drank
"boyfriend" i questioned "are you sure not like friend who is a boy" i asked and she shook her head i nodded and waited for kelsey to walk in
"hey z" she said coming from behind me"oh hey lacey" she smiled and hugged her lacey smiled and hugged her back
"where brandon" lacey asked and she pointed to the way of the bathroom
"he meeting me here" she said and i nodded sipping on the milk
"you two" she smirks and i look at lacey
"uh no we are co workers" she said and i nodded kelsey smiled and nodded, her smile look general like she was never mad at me like she the text message the long paragraph never happen.
"hey b" she smiled standing up to hug, i was more then confused
"hey" he smiled and sat down next to her "zion" he dabbed me up but i just looked down at his hand "or not" he laughs scratching the back of his neck
"well" tori says coming to sit down "hi b" she smiles as nick sits down and dabs him up
"see that's manors" brandon laughs looking st me and i just nod
"you good Z" nick says and i nod looking at lacey who was on her phone

i look up from my phone and nick is talking about his boss kelsey ended up sitting next to tori and they started talking about something.

we all ended up in tori house me, tori, nick, kelsey oh did i mention brandon. brandon tagged along as we were about to leave school
"you guys wanna know do something " nick said hitting his juul
"what" tori said taking it from and placing it on the table, tori wasn't a big fan of smoking i'm surprised she even lets nick have one
"there's a party at elom we can head there" i said and they all nodded
"gotta get ready" tori said standing up kelsey grabbed her hand
"ima head home, i'll come back at like 7" brandon said heading out of the house
"i hate that guy" nick stood up and grabbed his juul taking a hit of it and blowing the white smoke the smell hit my nose artificial watermelon hit my nose
"don't we all" i laughed and headed towards the door "we are going to your house right" i said he nodded and told tori about us leaving
-(on the way to the party)
"tori and i in the front since tori doesn't drink she can be our dd" nick says and i nod he was talking about the car
"i'll go with brandon actually" kelsey smiled and i clenched my jaw tightly
"okay have fun" tori smiled kissing her forehead "be safe" she added and kelsey left to brandon car
"ready" nick said and i nodded as left tori house and headed to the party of my old house.

the music was loud the people around us were crazy, almost like all of eloms party
"my brother" he said and hugged me i smiled and embraced the hug
"hey elom" i said elom is my younger brother and lives with our mom mandy and other siblings i moved out when i was 15 to live with nick who was living with his older brothers
"mom and dad and Kekeli are out for the whole fucking week" elom danced matching the beat of the music "so i said fuck it it's party time" he laughed and was pulled away by one of his friends
"elom is still fucking crazy" kelsey asked i laugh and nodded "and we wanted to set him and lily up together" she laughed again and i smiled at her before brandon came over already smelling the alcohol on him, we were only here for 5 minutes how is he drink already
"kelsey i love you" he said in to her ear i guess trying to make it a secret
"love you to b" she said and kissed him, wait what she kissed him! this made my blood boil my teeth clench my insides shake, how can she kiss him right in front of me, what the fuck
"uh i'm going to get a drink" i said and walk to the kitchen. i grabbed a solo cup and pulled out my phone
