(that night)

i pulled up the brandon and texted him i'm outside he told me to come inside and soon before i know it i was on top of brandon bed scrolling through my phone
"so what's up" he asked coming in the room with two bottle of water and some grapes in a bowl
"i told zion about me liking him" i said and he made an 'o' shape with his lips and quickly sat the water bottles and bowl on the night stand
"and what happen" he asked i stood up and pulled up the text between me and zion, brandon read them to himself unlike tori
"well shit" he said handing it back "are you upset about it" he added and put a grape in his mouth while he sat on his bed
"uh no not really i mean i was but now no" i said and lean over to grab a grape he shrugged
"so what are you doing here not to be mean" he put his hands up to protect him and i laughed
"uh i don't know you seemed like someone to talk to and i trust you" i said and he smiled big and started playing with my rip jeans pulling the strings off and rubbing his thumb across my knee
"are you thinking about what we were talking about" he asked and i looked up i didn't realize i was staring at his thumb and it's actions the whole time
"what" i asked i thought it would be best to play dumb and not pay attention to what my mind was thinking, what was his mind thinking i never really knew brandon that well beside when we went to the mall and helped me with everything
"well you know the thing if you get over brandon you will tell and i will scoop you" he laughed he was using classic new york slang to make the conversation less awkward
"uh i mean do you still have feelings for me" i smiled and look down at his hand not flat on my knee cap giving me chills down my back and neck
"i think i will and always did have feelings for you kelsey" she says and smiles well not smile it was more as a devilish smirk that put me i a daze
"so" i smiled looking at him his glasses where hanging to the side a little bit and i inch closer to fix them
"kelsey" he looks at me and i nod  bringing my hand to his black frame glasses turning them to the perfect angle "will you go out on a date with me" he asked and i smile wide he pushed up his glasses which made it more easier to fix
"i would love to brandon" i smiled and kissed his cheek he grinned.

-(next day)
i woke up in my bed with blankets covering me
"kelsey brandon is here" lily said as she stood over my bed "i'm leaving dino and franks are walking with me" she said and closed my bed room door
"ugh" i check my phone it was 8:00 "fuck me im late" i said and stood out of bed and quickly ran to the bathroom brushing my teeth and put the outfit on that i had laid out

i tied my boots and headed off downstairs putting two water bottles in my bag and taking the old ones out throwing them in the trash

hurry up it's 7:44

brandon text read i laughed and locked my door and headed towards his car as he smiled from the window
"someone woke up late" he laughed and i rolled my eyes climbing in the passengers seat
"oh someone having a bad hair day" i looked at brandon who was wearing a beanie he just rolled his eyes as he drove off the dunkin by my house
"you want anything" he asked and i nodded and smiled
"my treat" i said pulling out my wallet as he parked he shook his head
"your funny, my treat" he said as he opened the door for me i shook my head
"brandon you've done so much for me let me treat you to some coffee" i said and he shook his head but before he knew it i would be buying him coffee
"one ice caramel macchiato with whip cream" i said and the guy wrote down the order
"got coffee two sugars and milk" he said and the guy wrote his order down before walking off the make it
"your total will be 6.45" the guy said coming back with brandon hot coffee. but before i could give the guy $7.00 brandon already pulled his credit card out and slipped it in the machine
"brandon micheal lee arreaga" i turned to face him and he smiled
"next time way" he said referring to my last night i rolled my eyes and we walked to the other side to pick up me coffee

-(cut to class)
it was 3 period which means i'll have lunch next period and leave right after since i was a senior
"hi do you know where to go i'm new" her voice came from behind me she wasn't asking me for help but she was asking the rude kid behind me who soon i saw run past me, i rolled me eyes and turned around to meet a girl around my age with brown hair looking terribly confused
"hey i'm kelsey i can help you" i say she smiles wide and shows me her schedule
"your a junior" i asked she nodded i can tell she was nervous i smile and look down at her schedule "all senior classes, tryna get out of here quickly" i laugh she smiled and tucks her hair behind her ear
"yeah guess you can say that" her voice is soft but yet has almost a texas accent to it i smile and look down
"room 234 b is where i'm going so we have the same class i can walk you there" i say and she nods as we start walking
"so what's your name" i asked as she folds her schedule in her fours
"lacey kings" she says and shakes my hand i smile and look straight as brandon comes our way
"hey baby this is my new friend lacey" i say as he hugs me hello he smile and waves hi to lacey
"i'm brandon her boyfriend" he laughs and wrapped his arm around my shoulders "what class do you have right now" he asked as we opened the door for the steps
"she's with me mr L" i say and brandon rolls his eyes
"had that ass whole last year huge pain in the ass" he says and we go up the stairs to the 2nd floor
"he isn't a ass whole brandon doesn't know how to follow authority in school" i says and lacey laughs as we open the door leading to the 2nd floor
"well it was nice meeting you lacey but i'm going to the 5th floor, bye baby" he says and kisses me before climbing his way to the 5th floor
"awe you guys are so cute" she smiles as she opens the door for me
"awe thank you we just started dating like yesterday but- its a long story" i laugh and open the door the class room "mr L we have a new student"
