"And you all have the same classes together?!" I asked Rin in particular, but all of them nodded.
Lucky rats.

Me and the girls were eating up our pizza and packed bento happily, Ino introducing us to the new friends in our group. I already knew a couple of them, like Naruto and Shikamaru.

"Where's the dumb Sasuke?" Naruto grunted as he scanned over the cafeteria like a hawk.

"S-Sasuke?! You're friends with Sasuke-kun?!" Ino and Sasuke chirped happily, getting all up in the poor boy's face.

"Yeah, he said he'd have lunch with me today. That little punk, he lied!"

"Why're those dudes staring at us, who did what to piss them off? It's only day 1." Shikamaru spoke up through a full mouth, turning my head into the direction his fork was pointed at.

It was Hidan's group, they seemed a bit irritated, but that would just be my eyes mistake since they never seem to have any emotion displayed on their stone cold faces. I even saw a few new faces.

Without hesitation, I gave Hidan a small wave with a shy smile- which he returned with way more energy.

"Whoa, you're friends with.. them?!" Shikamaru seemed to have displayed more emotion than we thought he could, staring at me with shock.

"Yeah, well, most of them. I haven't met the others yet, why?" I replied calmly while sipping some chocolate milk from the carton.

"From what Neji told me.. they're the Akatsuki. They're like the "delinquents" of the college and even teachers get terrified of them. Though not many people know what exactly they do. I'll be safe to assume it's something shady, from the looks of them." Shikamaru explain with a shrug as he leaned back, the girls and I hearing intently.

It that why Gai-sensei seemed scared back then in the gym?

"Also. He let me in on another fun fact.~" Suddenly everybody's attention was back to him, curiosity written on their faces.

"The school has special sealing tags placed around the campus, hidden." He leaned back with a grin.

"What do you mean by sealing tags?" Ino questioned.

"They must be to seal up something, obviously." Naruto exclaimed, like an idiot.

Shikamaru peeped an eye open and glanced in the direction of the two smarter ones; Rin and Sakura.

"Chakra sealing tags! Justu's can't be used on campus, can they?" They both spoke up, coming to a conclusion.

[ yes, they still have chakra and can use only petty, select Jutsus. Nothing extreme like a damn Susann'o, Amaterasu, Sacrificial ceremonies, C3, or any of the top high Jutsu's- if you get the idea. ]

"Yes. You and Rin for example, can use your medical ninjutsu. Outside of the campus- which we aren't allowed to leave, we can use chakra there. But then again, I'm fine as I am right now." He shrugged with a yawn.

"Why would they go through so much trouble?" Naruto whined out, having finished his second instant ramen he brought from his dorm.

"So that nobody hurts each other, knucklehead!" Sakura puncher the top of the poor blondes head to which he immediately whined out at again, rubbing his head in pain.

"It's all such a drag if you ask me." Shikamaru rested his chin on the back of his palm, staring out of the windows.

"But since we can use healing jutsu, doesn't that mean everybody else can use chakra?" Ino asked to which Rin slowly nodded, as if still in thought.

"Not true. Healing requires the lowest amount of chakra, so the sealing tags would be stopping the flow of higher leveled chakra energy.." Hinata, who'd been quiet this whole time, spoke up. I guess she was way too shy and nervous to speak up in Naruto's presence after all.

"It all makes sense because you can't really use healing jutsu for anything negative at all. It's all for a good cause."

"So if the Akatsuki can't use any jutsu, why should we even be scared of them? Neji is too powerful in Taijutsu, he'll save our butts!" Naruto chuckled.

"Don't know. But if rumor says they scare the teachers, then we better be cautious in the least. So, what class you got next?" Ino replied back, turning to look at us.

"Math." Naruto huffed at the thought, a class which was shared with Hinata, too.

"Chemistry, ugh." Shikamaru groaned.

"Health, with the girls." Ino, Sakura and Rin smiled.

"English." I spoke up, knowing it was my top subject.

"We got the same class then, kid."

All our heads turned to stare at Zabuza, who had just walked in through the back door with a pale-skinned girl. She seemed so shy, yet she was so pretty.

"Mind if ya join ya?" He quirked a brow, Naruto seeming to be inching away in fear from the tall, intimidating man.

"Nao, who's he?" Ino whispered into my ear, quite taken aback from the sudden appearance of such a scary guy.

"Zabuza, was it? You're in my geography class." Shikamaru spoke up calm as ever, to which the guy next to me nodded. He took a seat next to me with his female friend, as Sakura and Rin had move to the opposite side now.

"So, what's up?" He slung an arm over me as he reached over to grab a couple chips from Naruto, without permission. The blonde grunted.

"Uh, nothing much. We were just getting ready to leave for class, the bell should be ringing soon."

"True that." He turned to look over at the girl next to him, flashing him a small smile. "This here is Haku. We got English as well."

"I'm Nao." My lips curved into a friendly smile at Haku, before looking over at my friends. "That's Ino, Rin, the pinky is Sakura. I'm sure you know Shikamaru and Naruto."

The girl's skin was so pale, almost snow white as her black hair seemed to have her beauty stand out even more, my self-esteem almost dropped- whoops.

As if on cue, the bell rang and the cafeteria started getting empty, students hurrying off to their classes.

"Well, see yah later."

"Answer your texts, Nao!"

"And calls, too! Don't make us show up at your classroom now."

Laughing it off nervously, I nodded and bidded them all bye. I started packing up my bag and stood up to leave.

"There's no rush. The teacher is almost always late. So just sit back and enjoy the few minutes of peace and quiet, it's rare." He hummed out deeply, playing with some leftover orange peels.

I hesitated for a while before sighing, finding it won't be no use to argue against him. I lay my head down on the table, staring at the retreating bodies of students until my view was blocked.

"Long time, no see, Zabuza."
